I heard that Poke Stadium is a good Falco stage. For Foxes I would go to FD.

the boat has room to pew pew and do spinny kick gimps on people

and falco's jumps are really high so he doesn't really get cornered in the platform area like what happens to him sometimes

rainbow cruise lets you camp and do random dair kills and takes advantage of falco's amazing vertical mobility

he can do single or double jumps onto platforms alot of characters would be forced to up b onto if they wanted to make it.

Sorry, when he said "spinny kick," I thought "tornado kick." Don't platform stages give better evasion from SHL? And wouldn't Fox be harder to attack on a platform stage given his huge advantage in speed?

falco moves extremely quick on rc sicne a huge amount of the fighting happens on vertically scrolling parts

platforms let you hide and do more platform tricks

falco beats almost any uair in this game unless it's outright disjointed or if it's like ganons or something but even then you usually trade (which is still bad for you lol)

the horizontal part of the stage lets you camp and move around alot, since alot of maneurvering on the stage is jumping and falco has not only very high but very fast jumps (luigi jumps almsot as high but it takes him like an hour to ascend and descend) he has alot of options on this stage.

i like yoshi's story. It's small so you can stay on them the whole time and the sides are short so you can actually make it back sometimes :)

Counterpicking is an art based on science. There's a lot of theory that can go into your counterpicks and I'd be happy to provide the matchup theories behind where to counterpick each character, but ultimately, you need to pick the stage that will make you most comfortable and your opponent least comfortable.
