No, unless the hacker was also a game developer, it is impossible to play as bosses. You can control them, but you cannot play as them.

Falco400 can explain it to you all.

Hacking and unlocking is two different things.

You cannot UNLOCK Master Hand/Any boss character under certain conditions.

But you can HACK so you can control them using a hacking device.

BECAUSE EVEN WITH HACKS YOU CAN"T DO IT. But you can control them in boss battles.

Still THERES NO WAY TO UNLOCK THEM.
