Smash Journeyman
If they can jump out of it it means they can attack out of it too. That means isn't guaranteed like Fox or other player .

I would say I implement a similar aerial style to what you've described. I use nair quite often to shark below platforms and catch my opponents when they jump or aerial. As for Bair it's an amazing spacing tool when done properly that the opponent almost always has to respect. Short hop dair is an amazing out of shield option since it'll probably hit your opponent. I don't get recorded a ton often these days but it sounds like we have some similarities. Where we differ seems to come in our management style and use of smashes. I'd say I'm more fsmash heavy and prefer yellows over reds.Shuton the Olimar got second place at the big Sumabato tourney in Japan. First place went to Komorikiri who won a trip to The Big House.
I just finished watching all his Top 8 matches. Here's the huge VOD link. Just skip around to find his matches.
My very quick notes:
- Aerial-heavy gameplay. Maybe the most I've seen from any Olimar. (Seriously, I feel like Shuton unlocked extra aerial mobility and fall speed or something.)
- Lots of successful bairs.
- Aggressive up airs when chasing characters (even Pac-Man, despite threat of hydrant).
- Nairs into characters often and uses nair to chase onto platforms.
- Interesting use of dair. Hard to describe. Short hop dair basically replaces where Olimar's hurtbox used to be with a hitbox, and this is something Shuton seems to use as a mix-up a lot. Sometimes it seems as if he's using it as an approach option or to throw out a "random" hitbox.
- Always throws his yellows offstage. (Except against Lucas, of course.)
- Favors using up air to switch pikmin colors.
- Almost never dash grabs, except after double jab.
- Does not fsmash often. (Even though I feel it's one of our best moves. *shrug*)
- Up smashes at the ledge a lot. Was punished several times for it, but it covers the get-up options and the jump from ledge.
I was thinking something similar, due of watching a bunch of your fights, I saw Shuton and said "he has some similarities with Myran".I would say I implement a similar aerial style to what you've described. I'll probably watch his games back soon.
