This is the perfect example of a biased Geno fanboy, always has to bash Bowser Jr. to make Geno look good.
Thanks Vesper, since you used to be a part of that group. Also yes I bashed Jr. but srsly as of late all I see him doing is tagging along with daddy, mini-jr.

Least Geno and PM are independent and are true fighters by themselves.

Not to be rude, but I only see paper mario and maybe geno making it, Bowser jr would make a great SSE boss, considering we only have 2 so far

...Um.

You can't argue that a character who's been in many games not getting in means that it doesn't matter.
This is the way I see it, Mario already has a playable villain in brawl, so the next best would ether be assist trophy or boss, and I can see him being a better boss than AT

Why? He has more moveset potential than most characters.

Since when has being a villain ever been detrimental to a character's chances? Hell, might as well not have multiple females per series, either.

There's no "villain" niche. We can get as many or as few villains as Sakurai feels should be in.

Yes, but Bowser Jr. would ether have bowser's or mario's move set
Wow, don't be so ignorant. Where's your reasoning? Do you have anything to back up your claim? I shouldn't even bother asking, because there is no valid reasoning or evidence that could support that statement. It's just an unintelligent thing to say really.

Apart from the fact that any character can be given an original move-set, if you've ever played Mario Sunshine you'd know that Junior already has plenty of move-set potential.

^I agree, Bowser Jr. has lots of moveset potential. I would love to see Sunshinish Bowser Jr. with paintbrush moves like making u disappear or stuck or illusions and love a down B shadow mario transformation. Maybe w/ some moves from other games like Mario Party and such also?

I personally would love all the 3 mario reps. I know that would mean too many characters, but I wouldn't mind ~50 characters.

This is to anyone who thinks I'm under the influence, come up with a move set for bowser Jr. that isn't anything like his father's or mario's
P.S. I have nothing against Bowser Jr. I just can't come up with a good moveset where shadow mario doesn't take over or is to close to his dad's

Specials:

B: - Brush (wag?): BJ rapidly brushes his opponent with his paintbrush, similar effect to G&W's Standard B, leaves a colorful goop on opponent that disappears soon after.

vB - Sticky goop: Bj hits his opponent feet with a sticky goop from his paintbrush which causes them to be stuck (similar effect to pitfall, except quicker escape) (Origin - Mario Sunshine)

>B - Shell Toss: Bj tosses a shell and works similar to regular koopa shells except slower, less knockback, and a bit of lag in beginning. (Origin: New Super Mario Bros.)

^B - Brush Spin: Bowser Jr swings his brush around similar to link, or Donkey kong. I really can't think of a good one for this...but i'm sure Sakurai could.

I think that that is a good move set, but it relies on the paintbrush too much, If he is in I can see him having a stronger but shorter flame than his fathers, simaler up B too, but hey, luigi has simaler problems

I never knew Paper Mario was so likely... I guess that's just the thread starter's biased opinion. Fact is, Paper Mario isn't really a character. He's the same Mario with the same name. It's like putting 'Galaxy Mario' in this game.

Thats a bad comparison (Galaxy Mario, Paper Mario), but I do see your point.

I am very against PM in the game. I wan't more original reps. I know he wouldn't be a clone but he looks exactly like mario with graphical changes. BJ is just fine because he only looks a little like his father and with his neck thing, hair, size and paintbrush he looks different enough. Plus in my opinion he is much less likely to be a clone. I would prefer him over Geno but Geno is okay to. I wish I had gotten a chance to play his game though.

Why i had Geno and PM One star above is because Geno brings different attacks never used before and PM Has about 20 different moves, Bowser Jr has a bit also but fact is that some of the moves would come out of nowhere, It's proven to be no problem (Fox says hi.) As he would still be interesting to play as.

And who here really thinks that sakurai is going to chose PM And Geno Over Jr because he thinks they are more unique? That's unlikely.

Bowser Jr. has a paint brush.

B: Paint Blobs
Smash B: Mud Ball
Up B: Paint Portal
Down B: Oil Spill
Final Smash: Paint Piranha

Yeah, I guess that's just a carbon copy of Bowser right there.
