Luigi is NOT Low Tier. He's Mid Tier, IMO he should be High Tier but thats just me.

Also, 2 and 3 deserve prizez n ****. Thats what the entry fee is for, the venue fee is for venue owner. The entry fee to the tourney is what the peepz that place high get.
