I did some testing and confirmed that level 9 Luigi is still the best CPU in Project M. (actually I have no idea who the best CPU is in Brawl, but Luigi was by far the best in Melee)

Ive heard that from alot of people lol, the way they market it is ridiculous, 'Magic Anti-Gravity Ball' my a**. I've been juggling for almost two years now, and always wanted to pick up Contact Juggling, and honestly Fushigi makes a great contact ball that looks cooler than most and is like half the price.
