I don't know how he plans to get to the rally yet because I don't know if he's close to a metro stop but I honestly think cars are out of the question haha

I can get there whenever. The rally is only noon-3pm, at least according to the website. And yeah, I'd definitely recommend metroing in. After the rally, the only thing I know of going on in the area is Chu's Halloween biweekly, but I have no plans so I'm up for anything.
