Hmmm I'll guess a few.

Ice Climbers: They jump up from under the stage...?
Zelda/Shiek: She teleports there
Wario: He falls from the sky and lands on his butt.

IC's has already been revealed...they fly in on a condor...

The other two seem neat, though...

Ridley: Swoops in from the background and roars.
Klonoa: Leaps out of a portal.
Black Shadow: Drives in using his F-Zero machine ,Black Bull, and leaps out of it while it leaves.
K.Rool: Is carried into the stage by a chain while he entices the crowd, just like the beginning of his boss fight in DK64.

[Magmar's Wrath]

Pokémon Trainer - Is an 8-bit character like in the Game Boy game's beginning, then 'grows' to his Brawl form, releasing Squirtle.
Wario - Rides in on his motocycle, crashing.
Geno - Is a doll, then is possesed by the Star Warrior.
Mallow - Crashes in with a lightning bolt.
Axem Rangers - Axem Red jumps off the Blade Ship and twirls his axe mockingly.
Krystal - Jumps off a Cloud Runner.
Tom Nook - House crashes down, Tom Nook steps out the door, house fades away.
Captain Olimar - Leaps off the Dolphin Ship.
Jill Valentine - Jumps from a helicopter.
Daisy - Comes from an explosion of flower petals.
Bowser Jr. - Leaps from his mini-air ship, prancing and cackling.
Waluigi - Falls from the sky on all fours, straightens up and cackles.
Phoenix Wright - His desk is on the stage, he stands up from behind it and slams it, knocking it away.
Sora - Jumps out of a teleportation spell and twirls his keyblade.

 

[Roy-Kun]

Marth: Dropped by Sheeda while riding her Pegasus.

Sigurd: He and his horse jump to the battlefield, then he dismounts his horse and the horse leaves. After that, Sigurd unsheathes his sword.

Roy: A circle of fire appears on the sky, starts to drop down, slowly revealing Roy. He slashes his sword and turns the flames off.

Isaac: Appears by using the Teleport Lapìz.

Felix: Jumps down from Picard's Flying Ship.

Mega Man: A thin ray falls from sky, and then Mega Man materializes from the ray.
