so i'm pretty sure somebody opened my gamecube and switched my melee disc with theirs, for tourney purposes or w/e

i saw that my cube got a disc read error at the tournament, and i was pretty alarmed since it had never done that before

plus it happened again at brandon's dorms this morning

i just looked at the bottom of the disc and it's hella scratched up (mine was clean), and previously i had NEVER gotten a disc read error on that disc

so i'm thinking someone swapped it (which i know happens at tourneys), or either they opened it, dropped the disc, and stepped on it on the floor

anyway, it was a purple gamecube with a clear sticker on the top with "Joe Clifford" sharpie'd on the side

i know it probably doesn't matter (and honestly i'm not really stressing over it), but did anyone switch these? i'm kinda curious to know
