Apparently, Capcom has discovered that some of the characters of their crossovers have
been cheating to win easily in the matches. You have been chosen as the… announcer.
Since you have no presence whatsoever in the versus games, I think that role fits pretty well.

It's Capcom characters who are playable in crossovers.

Namco, SNK, Marvel.

All the Capcom characters appearing in any crossover between those companies are fair game.

So are the Puzzle Fighters and that ****ty one we should all forget (Fighting Evolution)

Or at the very least, UNIVERSES that have been a part of crossovers. So I wouldn't doubt someone like Wily or Von Karma being a villain.

I doubt a character that hasn't been made playable in a crossover would be there, especially since there's more than enough playable ones to make a full roster.

Both could definitely be possible. Maybe camels in those games count? I don’t know if either of those fall into that category though. Von karma is certainly very possible imo
