I found two other neutral Links, though. Both pretty bad. One of them apparently thinking Link's moves are spammable.

Think we're going by the Unity Ruleset.

Hey, would everyone be okay if the tourney isn't really set at any particular time? For everyone to be able to have their matches at their convenience? Not sure how this would work in practice, but that way it really helps if things come up/people can't make it. Thoughts?

Sounds like a great idea. Not everyone will be able to make it at the assigned time. This way everyone can participate.

From what you said on that post, you don't really have much experience with how online tournaments work. I could post my own revision of those same rules if you want, so that they may work.
