Really. That's interesting, I had thought that that was people's favorite part. So you just use brawl air dodge then?Brawl with MAD (melee air dodge) is very awkward. Its not a good code and most people don't use it.
yes. hitstun is by far the best code. auto-l-canc, etc, dashdancing code. all are amazingReally. That's interesting, I had thought that that was people's favorite part. So you just use brawl air dodge then?
pshhhhhhhhhI love watching any brawl+ video, but could you get some other characters up? Doesn't even HAVE to be oli, it's just that almost every brawl+ vid includes falcon![]()
So generally people dont use wavedashing? D:You can have melee air dodge, and it does allow for wavedashing. However, it takes up a LOT of code space, so if you have that, then you can't have as many other hacks. Keep in mind that there is no set of hacks to use, so you can use whichever ones you want, but people generally don't use melee airdodge.
Bro, stop making your stupid comments about how much you hate brawl+. This is your second one, and neither of them even have much logic in them. Just stop, this is not the purpose of the thread.Melee Airdodge can bite me. I'd rather have Ness and Olimar keep their weaknesses. And see multi-jumpers like Kirby or Pit not be susceptible to losing a major strength.
Your post is what lacks logic. And I said I hate Melee's Airdodge, not Brawl+.Bro, stop making your stupid comments about how much you hate brawl+. This is your second one, and neither of them even have much logic in them. Just stop, this is not the purpose of the thread.
Brawl+ isn't just no tripping. That doesn't make something brawl+. Your statement clearly implies that you wouldn't like any other hacks, therefore you wouldn't like brawl+. Also, just so you know, if melee airdodge didn't take up so much space, I guarantee that it would be considered for the "official" brawl+, so that would lead to a dislike of it as well.I have yet to use a hack of Brawl. But even if I have, I would only use the no tripping code.
It's actually more than just line space that it takes up, it's the fact that it's a sloppy code lulz. You can stack wavedashes, the air dodge is shorter, it limits your air defenses quite immensely when hitstun already does that enough (especially at 9.5% hitstun) etc. etc. The MAD code is sloppy and there's just so many more things that can make Brawl+ better without it, otherwise, if we stuck with MAD we probably wouldn't have gotten as much interest from people as we have now.Brawl+ isn't just no tripping. That too, but people seemed to still like it in my experiences. It's actually more than just line space that it takes up, it's the fact that it's a sloppy code lulz. But, that's beside the point, Diddy Kong is amazing in Brawl+, that is all.
Just made a sick combo video, no olimar in though, updated OP with the link as well, but here it is:That too, but people seemed to still like it in my experiences.
