I've only seen it mentioned a few times here and there, but does anyone have a method for building a Brawl ISO w/ a different sound track?

By this i mean replacing the music in the game with any music I want (i.e. from mp3s, etc).

I've heard that it's possible, but I don't know how, and was hoping someone here does know how. If anyone can help me w/ this, i'd greatly appreciate it.

If you're in AA and you know stuff, you should come over and hang sometime this week.

Or just tell us what stuff.

As in backup games? You just need an .iso of the game, and then remake it.

Just to hang out? Goody!
likely days over the next week are tomorrow, possibly tuesday, possibly thursday, maybe sometime friday, and perhaps next sunday.

I have a lot of random stuff going, so just PM me if you're interested.

Oh, and today works too, I guess, but scotu won't be around today or tomorrow.

it's always fun to meet new people and smash.

well, i have my brawl ISO, WiiScrubber 1.2 (couldn't find 1.21), and i got a tool for converting wavs to brstms. I just have yet to try to build an ISO. Might not be for a bit: i'm feeling really sick :(

did anyone try this yet?
I have every file needed except for the .iso file. It's like 4 gigs.

Oh, and, this stuff shouldn't be mentioned here since you need some Nintendo files and whatnot. I have them so if you need them, PM me.

I've been messing around with this, and it's a lot of fun. I've done a test iso build a few days ago and it works perfectly.

There's an easy tool kit you can use, but like the guy before me, I shouldn't be linking anything. PM or AIM me. :)

Basically you:

-extract the song you want to replace with wiiscrubber from the iso(1.21 preferred).
-convert the brstm to wav(it does all of the middle stuff for you[i.e. converts it to a dsp first and then to wav]).
-edit the wav -or- replace the wav with a new song
-if you're replacing the wav, you must re-encode it to 16 bit mono/32khz(optionally you can edit it to make it sound better when it loops in-game[fade in/out, cuts, etc.]).
-convert the new wav back to brstm.
-load it back into the iso with wiiscrubber.

You can always skip the first few steps and just convert an mp3(or w/e the original song is) to a wav and then to a bstrm from the start and load it into the iso.
