Bomb sliding, possibly new technique?

I was messing around with YL, and did a bomb drop on the ledge, then b-uped into the placed bomb, at which point is slide nearly all the way across FD. It can go all the way, or a shorter distance, it takes a specific timing/placement, go in on a diagonal up into the ledge. Have people known about this? THIS CAN ALSO BE DONE WITH LINK

I found this out a while ago screwing around in a match. I didn't think much of it because it's not really helpful. Just a little trick to show off to noobs.

Ehh... like... hitting the bomb with ur up+b off the ledge makes it slide?
