116 Bob-ombs.

I've been quite active since I started posting on the original Smash 4 social thread. I've made over 7,000 posts and I have been here for only a little more than a year.

BTW Wolf an idea to consider is to put your reply in a new tab using the "More Options" option.
Or, put the reply on one tab using the "More Options", then use a another tab to reply.

The funny thing is I'm not really that competitive.
Heck, you've seen it. I've had conversations with mods on this very thread.
One thing I've learned is to not take games seriously, helps you a ton in the end.
your not the only who had conversations with them, heck me and metalbro's chat with them is the very reason we now have to count up to 300 bob-ombs/warchamps
when the train ends, we chat and laugh, that's just how we work
that's smart, a game is just meant for fun, and fun only, its never meant to be taken seriously
Metalbro would know.
What happened was Gatlin (He seems to be appearing in a lot of my posts here. Weird.) posted a gif with some kid with sunglasses.
Naturally, me and my gifting ways, posted a song from the game VVVVVV ("Pushing Onwards" to be specific) and Metalbro brought up that the two ironically sync with each other.
So, me being weird I started asking if we could put this in video form.
You'd probably know, I asked you this very question.
Turns out, our answer was Gatlin himself.
I'd be more than happy to find the video, but for the life of me I can't.
ah that, ya I was there for that one, was pretty funny too,
and it was pretty cool that gatlin made the video, turned it even better
That was hysterical.
Wasn't it that he erased them on accident or something?
Edit: Never mind, though it's still hilarious.
yes, yes it was
BTW I found out that Aerodrome, Frost, and Fal like that post.
...They knew...
. . . . . crap
Like you've said, it's the competitive spirit.
Though, to this day I still have to ask Aerodrome why he isn't much of a fan (It's on my list of questions, right next to why Xiivi hates the "Let's Imagine" arcs from "Housepets!").
Could just be how he is though.
most people have something about them that reflects off, he could just find it a meaningless hassle, or just plain pointless, no one will never know till he explains
That's pretty much me in a nutshell.
I'd say most tolerate my existence, but I might come across as annoying for some (one thing I've learned. If I get tagged or quoted by IsamR and especially N3ON, it's due to me screwing up somewhere.)
eh i'll say I get more receipted as a quiet but yet stubborn lurker, or at least that's how I see myself
i'll say your more like the impulsive type, never missing a moment to do something, no matter whatever it is, your not witty, not smug, not cocky, but just there to say your word, mostly ending in a funny way, though not always in a good way (by that I mean through being screwing up and in trouble) your a bit different than the average stock that gets thrown around here, your a good person mate, just known to be a bit of a hassle
To be fair.
A lot of mine are due to "heat of the moment" type problems, so many are locked for not really being that high in demand.
For characters.
I had one for Youngster Joey, turns out someone made that.
Had one for Hammer Bro (mostly cause I'm with the Super Smash Foes and wanted more ideas for a moveset), turns out Fal beat me to the punch.
And I barley missed the bullet with Mudkip. Though I might be the first guy to make a serious thread for it...
ya, those mostly get abandoned or locked, though that's much worst than for bidoof, all of his are just joke/very unreasonable support threads, or alternate versions of existing threads,
so congrats you have the worst thread ,luck:p (no offense, not trying to be hurtful)
Honestly, I've only been working on it recently (I made the thread about a month ago, it was dead for a long time).
And, it looked really mediocre looking back at it (format was a little messy. Lack of vital items (like a supporters folder) and wasn't as organized. Looked like it took 10 minutes (especially with the moveset). Not to mention my desperate attempts at keeping it alive).

It looks better than before, but I'm still trying to find ways on improving it.
Though, at least now I can say it's presentable.
if you want any help I could take a look around and give an hand mate, I've been known to help threads a bit,
I wouldn't mind helping a friend out.

I think that's the thing.
I post a ton, but I'm generally on social threads and is one to get in debates.
I've been trying to cut back though.
eh I don't see a large problem with having a large post count, just means you spend a lot of time around here (or posted a lot of spam, though i'll imagine you'll be suspended/banned by now with the higher moderator enforcing)
though what ever works for ya mate
Which ones?
The only ones I could think of are the posts on Forum Fight (admittedly, I felt the way he handled it was a little rash. The only reason I didn't is due to me being more of a event changer. I like adding in plot elements. But you see I suck at stories) and the Palutena posts.

Though I will say this, I had an idea a while back referring to reviving the Mod-Bombs thread a while back. Maybe to have a little "war" thing going on.
One problem I thought of though (among others) was if some of us would be too over-zealous with posting there.

And Luigifan came to mind.
all of them, its because of the font color he uses, the very dark brown, its a mediocre nuisance to read them on the computer, and it becomes a large pain trying to read it on my phone

I think its best to leave the mod-bomb thread to rest for now, remember how I was talking about self control? I imagine many of us would be lacking it it, and just be to quick to pull the trigger and blow them up at every second,
unless there can be an set agreement in order to make it fare, its best to let it gather dust more now
Kylexv I think.
I remember one point where he did like five sig changes in 10 minutes.
It was, strange, to say the least...
yeah I think that's the guy
Honestly, can't blame a man for trying.
But yeah, it was bad.
Ever heard of "Scott Pilgrim vs The World"?
Well, it was pretty much "MVG vs Smashboards".

There's a reason why I just make joke evidence whenever I see it pulled up.
you can't, but by the second day that leak hit the thread it became a lost clause, not by just because no one could disprove it, but by because there was just too many people supporting and defending it,
even if you could make a solid case against it, the amount of people supporting it would find a way to break it,
its just gone, and would never be confirmed or deconfirmed till sakurai reveals what it really is
I can't think of one.
...Xiivi maybe?
If so, it's probably due to my constant ranting on "how I'll find him".
nah, I think its more like venus, she came and blew up a bom-omb train before right?
if not then i'm just probably thinking up imaginary people

It's fine. I might need to explain.
Referring to my mod position. I feel like I need to explain my reasons. To clear things up.
Like I've said, I felt under-qualified. Though I'll explain a little more.

The 3DSA was made around January. So, I had been on this site for under a month. Where others have been here for years.
And even then, I haven't gotten used to everything yet. I still haven't. And now you expect me to be a mod?
It was like giving a black belt immediately to a rookie. There's just that gut feeling you get that maybe you aren't the best for this.

I felt that some would've been better options. Heck, some of the members we're mods themselves (Venus and Ndayday to be specific).
I only know what mods do cause I've seen them around, why not have someone who's proven their worthiness?
I swear to this day, I only got promoted because I was active on it (but then again, so was Mimgrim).

Plus, there wasn't much traffic (heck, and ones who did post never got off-topic). It's not like other threads (like Super Smashboards I can kinda see) where moderation is really needed, one mod was fine.

Referring to quitting though, I felt I wasn't that needed anymore.
I did what I had to do. And I felt it was better with me gone.

Hopefully it gets better though. I felt there's some good stuff in there...
ah so that's how it happened, well if any thing i'll say you did the right choice mate,
fresh people need experience before they get behind the rails, if not things could go bad, not through a management way but through a moral way, many newcomers get overall cautious when they get in a position of power, mainly because they don't want to screw it up, it affects the self esteem, and if not calmed, could eventually become a train wreck,
I think you did right handing it over mate, if it means anything,
I hope that social group becomes prospering too, seems like ya care about it
Eh, I wouldn't say they'd go overboard.
If anything, it keeps you on your toes. It'd get boring not to have conflicts (at least, this thread would).
they don't, they are fair with it, they actually give us a chance instead of ruining it every 10 minuets or so,
but yet they also keep it interesting instead of just waiting for us to get high every time and just knock us down,
others may not see it, but the way the mods supervise/play this game is what keeps its interesting
And now I've made it even longer...

And it only took me over an hour to type all this.
Must be a new record...
and I made it shorter, (I think?) but yet still took me an hour to type, I must be slow . . . .

eh 126 responding bob-ombs
