With Daryl's popularity, it wouldn't surprise me if the producers changed the role of main protagonist to Daryl, to be honest. Does he get more entertaining in season 6? Right now, his character hasn't been nearly as entertaining. His character development soared up to season 3, but it's slowed down a lot lately as well.

Ah. Well, there's one episode focused almost entirely on him. And then things gets a bit more interesting for his character and situation later in the season. And he's most definitely entertaining in this season, too.

Then again, all this is my opinion, but I think you'll enjoy what you'll be seeing of him in season 6.
