I essentially see them the same way as Spongebob (but with more hope); awesome at the start, but slowly became stale as time passed by.

There's still some pretty good stuff nowadays though, but not as much as before.

Also, I LOVE the movie

FoP is at it's worst right now. In my opinion it's the worst long-running animated show on TV right now.

At this point, there's no reason for FoP to even keep going. Spongebob at least has the excuse that it's a well-known icon in animation and that it's essentially what's keeping Nick afloat but FoP is more or less forgotten nowadays and canceling it probably wouldn't affect the network by a whole lot.
