I much prefer cold days to blazing hot days. It's one of the many reasons why I like rain.

Moderately warm days can be pretty nice, but any hotter than that and I'd rather just stay inside all day to keep away from it.

A somewhat annoying thing that stems from me preferring the cold; my family is always complaining about the cold since they hate it, and my dad tries to show me reasons why I shouldn't like the cold, mainly due to iced roads.

It's mainly the temperature that you prefer though, right? It sounds a bit more like they're referring to general cold weather.

I would imagine iced roads would be a pain, but we almost never get that stuff around here (it literally never snows in my area, except for in some particular mountains, which I've only been to a few times. It was actually only about two or three years ago that I saw snow in person for the first time.)
