i actually draw anything i make in paint completely by hand or recolor a section of a screen capture. sometimes i try and pull a copypaste and take something from one scene and put it into another, but it looks really crappy when i have to resize it or even try it in the first place XD

Agreed on the resizing of things. Even when I'm making avatars in GIMP, resizing up or down a slight bit can make them look really off.
