I saw it as mine because you owed it to me. I don't think you quite understand the level of disrespect you showed me when you lost two Melee MMs in a row and then refused to pay.
If you're going to threaten to steal from me, please don't show up at my events anymore.
I'm not one of those random hosts you can just randomly destroy. The community would never back you on such a thing and I'm far more established than any of the others.
Howabout we tell everyone about you not paying for event entry fees? Or when you steal from the house fee because you feel you didn't win enough money for 3rd place in doubles? Howabout we mention the ballroom doesn't cost anything and you pocket the house fee that you DEMAND from everyone?

I paid my entry fees at every tournament I've hosted for at least the past two months. I make sure the entire crew pays now. The policy of the crew entering for free died when Montage died.
Um, this never happened. Kashif and I got 3rd in doubles and I was going to get absolutely nothing due to the crew entering for free back then. The small sum of $10 was taken from the doubles pot, not the house fee.
It's pretty well-known that the Garden Room costs nothing and that the house fee is to pay for the crew's massive amount of work put into the tournaments.
My condolences to Ether. Perhaps you should pay him the dollar back if you care so much.
I'm a lot of things, but I'm not a cheater or a liar. I don't give you reasons to disrespect me and I've always treated you well with discounted entry fees and stuff. Those days are obviously over at this point. I've proven myself to be an extremely good host with or without you at my side and I've proven myself to be a significantly better player at this point and back in your prime I beat you in sets more than once. I don't see why you don't respect me at all because I certainly respected you a lot up until now.
Free tournaments don't count on Ankoku's rankings and simply don't have the same weight as real tournaments. The reduced circuit points being involved barely means much. Losing to Yes! isn't something I'm embarassed about because he's an exceptional player.

Bum. While his tournaments are cramped as hell, that guy puts his blood into finding the best, cheapest venues he can get his hands on, just so he can provide NY with a place to play.
Alex Strife. Dude is always on top of everything at his tournaments. He runs everything, with amazing brackets, and never breaks a sweat.
Scar has the most populated Melee series post-Brawl. I may not like his whining, but I KNOW the kid's an awesome host.
You don't even run your own brackets. You make your crew do it. ****, you even asked Ninjaedd to do it, even after you said he never does anything, and he happily agreed because he's good at it. The only thing you've done that earns our respect is beat a few good people. This is about hosting, and all you do is lie and cheat.
We had a no running/planking rule and you ****ED Shadow in the *** when you allowed Spam to get away with that ****. I couldn't do anything about it, because you respond with : Then you'll lose the venue.
I remember the day when I stopped caring, when you stole PRiDE's teammate. **** move again. I removed you from the crew because you're a negative influence everywhere.

Uh... I think you're right that me and Atomsk and the other crewmembers that did a lot of work didn't pay for singles at HPatPM but we paid in teams and crews for sure. I don't owe Dave or Atomsk any money, so I don't kow what you're talking about there.

I never took 4th at any Montage event. I took 5th, 2nd, 7th, in that order. You took 4th and Kashif and I generously split with you after you decreased Mew2King's percentage after convincing him to allow you to do so.

I beat everyone else, anyways. I don't rig brackets. At one tournament ever, I put Atomsk with Bajisci to avoid playing Atomsk. That's the only time I ever "rigged" anything.
When I lost to Mew2King in winners semis last weekend, guess what I did? I beat Umbra, BlackWaltz, and Atomsk all in a row to take 2nd.
At HPatPM? I lost to Bum in winners semis and then beat NinjaLink, Atomsk, and Bum all in a row to get 2nd.
I don't need to rig brackets because I'm an extremely skilled player that can beat almost anyone anyways.

I run the tournaments almost entirely by myself now with minimal help from Blue and Atomsk. You haven't been a part of running the events for a really long time. Without your overbearing ass around, I get to do most of the hosting and bracket-running.
You not respecting me =/= me not being a positive force in the community.
Not only am I a top player, but I also host the largest, most successful, and most popular events in the state.
This was in May.
Plank wasn't even a top Brawl player yet. He didn't even play the game yet at all. How did we have a no-Planking rule? I never said such a thing to you. You were a judge too, and you didn't call Kashif on his excessive camping.
Oh well. I do not regret the decision because it benefited Snakeee and I tremendously.

Why did you team with me so much if I was a burden? Oh, wait, I was a freaking HERO in a number of important sets and was easily your best choice to team with at anything due to being much better than Ether and Mew2King and Kashif always teaming with other people.

So because I camped under the stage and with the ledges, I should have lost the match or been forced to play differently? That's dumb as hell. If you can ledgecamp a character that can glide, has multiple jumps, every B move can be used to recover with, outranges you, has a sword, on a stage that has lava to save you if you mess up your recovery with Jigglypuff you deserve to win.
It's not like it screwed him much. He lost R1 and that was R2 and he lost the set against me in losers.

People complain about planking a bit to much. Has anyone besides me and Kashif, logically thought about what you're doing when you complain or try to ban overly defensive tactics?
You want to ban mk or other characters from camping the ledge, a place that is very safe for them, and dangerous for their opponent to try attacking them from. Sounds ok at first.... But logically lay it out

Although it is very boring and pretty whack that people will camp the ledge for the win, it doesnt change the fact that banning that tactic is simply catering towards more aggressive styles of play. Many characters like Snake, lucario, marth have a stage camping game. Where its simply not very safe to remove yourself from the ledge vs them.
Are we going to ban players from being able to force their opponent into situations where they cant get off of the ledge? That makes alot of sense where the objective in smash is 2 keep the opponent off of the stage lol

We had an excessive running/stalling rule to which I was going to call you on. It was written in bold for that tournament. However, Inui said you were his friend, and if I DQ'd you for that game, he'd never let us use the venue again. Which is blackmail. And meatriding. What you did was gay, and if were up to me solely, I would have sent you two to game 3 in a heartbeat, on his pick.

Snake Marth and Lucario should be banned too. D3 should be banned because of his cg, falco should be banned cuz he camps the stage well. Everyone who has a grab release tactic on wario should be banned. **** let's just ban everyone and everything.

I think planking shouldn't be banned, but there should be a common courtesy among players to not clock the match out on the ledge. That's just ****ed up.
On the other hand, Stage camping is gay, but there's no invincibility frames involved. That's why planking is the ultimate gay.

I don't see anything in bold. It is impossible to stall under Brinstar against Meta Knight. He can easily chase you as I explained. Furthermore, I CLEARLY did not run away with the intention of running away to run the time limit as the timer was about to run out when both of us were at LAST STOCK. That did not happen from me running away to stall the time limit. Finally, THE LAVA COMES UP AND MAKES THE LEDGES IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO from time to time. If he had stayed at the top he wouldn't have had this problem.
Summary
- He didn't chase me under the stage when he outranged me, had a sword, and had a 0% chance of dying unless he's a complete idiot
- He didn't camp the top which would have been 100% safe and would have forced me to leave the ledge
- He lost the match
Clearly not the case as you told me at the next tournament you'd DQ me if I played like that again because I was stalling, proving that you were a scrub for making a stupid rule and an idiot because I wasn't.
Good to know that it's possible to be significantly worse at running tournaments than Inui while simultaneously being a bigger scrub. Congratulations dm, you succeeded at both
