INTRODUCTION

Live from Spring Stadium - the legendary fighting spirit of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament is upon us!

And who else would be here to share in this action-packed event but your buddy Biff?

She's got speed! She's got skill! She's got flavor! You guessed it, folks! HERE COMES MIN MIN!

That's right - with her high tier worthiness, her constant wins in Party Crashes, and overall popularity...

...they chose her to join Smash as the ARMS Grand Prix's representative!

Now that I'm hired as your trusty SMASH commentator, I can talk about everyone in the Smash Roster.

To activate my commentary, hold ZR while selecting "Spring Stadium" in the Stage Select screen.

Next, have only two fighters for the match-up with one of them being Min Min... and voila!

Ooh, this is so exciting... I can't wait for whatever opponent they'll dish out for the great Ramen Bomber!

MARIO

Match 1 - let's-a go!

It's Min Min versus "Mr. Video Game Himself," Mario!

That's right, ladies and gents. The Ramen Bomber is now fighting arguably the greatest video game icon in history!

There are many things he's known for, so I'm just explaining a few examples.

He enters every stage through a green pipe with that "Let's-a go!"

When he jumps up super star style, for anyone he hits, purple coins appear in the air!

Unfortunately for him, he's not allowed to throw his hat onto anyone in Smash to become them.

That wouldn't have been a problem for Min Min anyway, because she's wearing her beanie.

Anyway, on with this odyssey of a fight!

DONKEY KONG

Match 2 - he-he-here we go!

It's Min Min versus the "King of the Jungle," Donkey Kong!

He's the leader of the DK Crew - you know him well.

And he's finally back... to kick some tail! ...Or ARMS as in Min Min's case.

DK can charge up his punches by swinging his fists wildly.

He can also shake the ground by slapping his palms on it.

Shame he doesn't use his coconut gun here, although certain items can make him fire in spurts!

For his Final Smash, he unleashes a flurry of punches, just like you-know-what!

Maybe after the game, with DK's help, we'll add "Candied Bananas" to Mintendo's Dessert Menu!

LINK

Match 3 - it's dangerous to watch alone!

It's Min Min versus the "Champion of Hyrule," Link!

There're so many legends about this certain hero, I don't think I can even count.

The one Min Min's fighting is known to have taken a breath of the wild!

He may look young, but he was healed in a certain shrine for 100 years!

Wow... that's longer than my grandpa was ever alive!

I heard that at full health, Link's amazing Master Sword can unleash some sort of energy.

Unlike the other Link's, this one's bombs are remote controlled.

Perhaps this battle will be talked about for generations to come!

SAMUS

Match 4 - power up your suits!

It's Min Min versus the "Bounty Hunter Extraordinaire," Samus Aran!

Samus was hired by the Galactic Federation to hunt for the galaxy's deadliest bounties.

That suit of hers is pretty powerful; maybe Mechanica should study its potentials later.

With the suit on, she can turn herself into a little ball.

That, however, is not to be played with in games like Hoops or V-ball!

Her ball form makes her harder for Min Min to hit.

Oh, and we can't forget about Samus' arm cannon; its range of attack can rival Min Min's!

These two fine fighting ladies could potentially form a galaxy-sized rivalry!

DARK SAMUS

Match 4 - power up your suits!

It's Min Min versus "Phazon Incarnate," Dark Samus!

According to galactic scientists, she's an incarnated form of the space threat known as Metroid Prime.

She took the rather corrupted shape of our beloved bounty hunter after the original being was destroyed.

I do recall seeing her unleash certain energy attacks when assisting in the stage in earlier Smash games.

But while she's now officially part of the Smash roster, none of said attacks are part of her moveset.

I'm told she's an echo, meaning she can only copy much of the other character's moves.

Aaaanyway, to those in the audience: don't touch her! Her phazon powers are far beyond your comprehensions!

Fortunately, we made Min Min immune to that. I sure won't wanna have her corrupted by such dark energy!

YOSHI

Match 5 - things are getting egg-citing!

It's Min Min versus the "Omnivore of the Year," Yoshi!

There are actually many different colors for his species.

Their tongues are long like a frog... or a chameleon... or whatever's on your mind.

They can swallow things much bigger than a normal human being can even chew!

Min Min'd better not get attached to the tip of Yoshi's tongue or she'll be ramen lunch!

...Just kidding, but she can turn into an egg, and only for an itty little bit.

As you can see, yoshis can lay eggs regardless of being a he or a she.

They may have the hard shells, but the Ramen Bomber's got the Egg Foo Young techniques!

KIRBY

Match 6 - hiii!

It's Min Min versus "The Pink Demon," Kirby!

Looks like the cute and pink savior of the Light World just warped to the battle arena.

I've no idea why he survived that apocalpyse created by that Galeem creature.

Buuut I do know this: he sucks in things as if he's a vacuum cleaner.

When and If Kirby slurps Min Min and her noodly goodness in, he'll don her beanie and ramen hair!

With those on his plushy head, he can qualify for the ARMS Grand Prix thanks to sporting a Ramram ARM.

The bad news is he can't be in Min Min mode permanently, so I guess for now, he CAN'T qualify.

Just remember, my ramen-bombing friend, not to have him in your noodle house; he may eat the whole food supply!

FOX

Match 7 - do a barrel roll!

It's Min Min versus the "Leader of Star Fox," Fox McCloud!

Without a doubt, Fox is the sly one.

He comes from the Lylat System which he and his team has saved over and over again.

Fox's blaster's shooting is as sharp as his Arwing's, plus a special shield to deflect enemy projectiles.

If Min Min's smart, this won't be a problem - none of her own moves can be sent back against her!

And his gun won't flinch her a bit which could give her a chance to outfox him!

Now, don't get your hopes up, sky lovers; Fox's wingmates won't fly over us for the Lylatian anthem.

I'll just end my intro by quoting the words of the famous General Pepper... "Good luck!"

PIKACHU

Match 8 - pika pika!

It's Min Min versus the "Electric Mouse Pokémon," Pikachu!

This cute little yellow fellow is unarguably the most iconic Pokémon of all Pokémon in the Pokémon world!

I'd gladly pinch its adorable little cheeks if neither of them are charged with electricity.

Also, dare I say it: it doesn't look like it wants to be petted.

When it seizes the opportunity, it can bring down a lightning bolt that roars louder than our thunderous audience!

And you wanna hear another shocking thing about it?

Its Final Smash, the Volt Tackle, can pack a flurry of punches that's stronger than Min Min's own Megawatt!

Better back up, folks, 'cause this battlefield is gonna be electrified big time!

LUIGI

Match 9 - don't get scared!

It's Min Min versus "The Eternal Understudy," Luigi!

Mario's lean, green brother's now taking a break from all those rough ghost hunting missions.

You see, he might seem like a coward, but he isn't to be underestimated.

He's brought in his Poltergust G-00 which he can use to bring opponents towards him.

Another thing to look out for is Luigi's Green Missile.

But he'd better watch out! He may misfire and send himself flying farther than an Arm can reach!

For those who are curious, the prize will be... a huge mansion!

...Don't want it? Well, don't win this fight then!

NESS

Match 10 - say "fuzzy pickles!"

It's Min Min versus "The PSI Powerhouse," Ness!

This is no ordinary little boy mind you; he's a master of magic.

He knows such skills as PK Flash, PK Fire and PK Thunder.

Strange since before the Smash franchise was created, I don't recall ever seeing him use Fire or Thunder...

...but Min Min sure has been using those two things thanks to her own ARMS!

It's actually been rumored that Ness has eaten burgers clean out...or rather, straight out of trash cans.

Ewww! I would never eat Mintendo's noodles from the garbage even if I was starving!

Anyway, ladies and gents, pray for the win of your preferred fighter!

CAPTAIN FALCON

Match 11 - show me your moves!

It's Min Min versus "The Supersonic Slugger," Captain Falcon!

The F-Zero champ himself joins Smash once again.

Everyone knows about our beloved Blue Falcon driver's moveset.

The Falcon Kick, the...uh, the "Yes" special, I forget its name...

...and of course, you can never forget about the one and only...FALCON PUUUUNNCH!

Man, I wish we could utilize all that for further ARMS development.

His machine's got boost power...and so's his running speed!

Time is ticking so they'd better race for the opponent's KO!

JIGGLYPUFF

Match 12 - stay awake!

It's Min Min versus "The Sleepy Singer," Jigglypuff!

It may be an unheavy pink balloon, but its lullaby is not to be taken lightly!

Anyone in the melody's range WILL sleep. Not may, WILL.

Ugh, that would totally ruin the beautiful Ribbon Girl's awesome as always concert.

This bad dream of a Pokémon can not only sing people to sleep, it may take a snooze, too.

If Min Min gets too close to it as it gets ready to nap... BOOM! She'll fly with a flower on her noodles!

Thankfully for her, when that Jigglypuff's shield breaks, it'll be blasting off, a la Team Rocket!

By now, the Ramen Bomber'd better have had coffee during breakfast or else she'd likely snooze and lose!

PEACH

Match 13 - don't move to another castle!

It's Min Min versus the "Princess of Toadstools," Princess Peach!

I don't like to be mean, but shouldn't the Toads learn how to improve the castle's security?

The princess tends to be prone to kidnapping by the Koopa King himself.

I can tell by her face now that enough is enough - she wants to take care of herself.

She can't always rely on someone else, let alone the same individual, as you all know.

Now for her moveset, she can float in midair and pluck out randomly-faced turnips on the ground.

For a couple moves, a Toad appears to assist Her Highness, which includes a grab/throw and counterattack.

If Min Min is far enough away from the counter when her ARMS attack, it'll be a miss for our royal miss!

DAISY

Match 13 - don't move to another castle!

It's Min Min versus "Sarasaland's Chipper Princess," Princess Daisy!

Don't let her looks fool you; she's actually quite skilled in sport games.

Prime examples include golfing and tennis which are both why she brought her club and racket with her.

She's also got a frying pan which...doesn't have much to do with sports...

I heard Princess Peach has those three things too.

Here's a tip: when the two young ladies charge their forward smash, they can change weapons.

For example, they may be charging with a golf club, only to beat you up with a tennis racket.

The Ramen Bomber can swap her right ARM more freely, but we won't know which sportgirl wins unless we watch!

BOWSER

Match 14 - here comes another shell-shock!

It's Min Min versus the "King of the Koopas," Bowser!

Yikes! I hope he didn't just sneak right into the ring without signing up!

I've alway seen this spiky turtle as a party crasher - and I don't mean for special ARMS events.

I mean he ruins the parties in the Mushroom Kingdom to kidnap Princess Peach over and over again.

The thorns on his back are a shellshock indeed, because they'll poke you if you try to punch his shell.

Also, the audience needs to back away, because his breath is hot, hot, hot!

But is it hotter than the Ramen Bomber's fighting style?

Let's just see if she's able to put a halt on his kidnapping habits!

ICE CLIMBERS

Match 15 - don't chill out, Smash fans!

It's Min Min versus the "Bone-Chilling Duo," Popo & Nana the Ice Climbers!

They're the same eskimos who have been climbing the tallest mountains anyone would lay their ARMS on!

It's snow wonder they both want to reach the highest peak.

Their hammers aren't pickaxes, but they can easily break a solid ice cube.

And here's a cool little fact I hope Min Min knows about...

Although this is a two-in-one fighter, the primary target is the one on the front.

Depending on the costumes, the lead Ice Climber can be either Popo or Nana.

Neither one should freeze during gameplay or else Min Min's dishes will be served cold!

SHEIK

Match 16 - let's reveal our fighters' identities!

It's Min Min versus "The Illusive Sheikah," Sheik!

She...ik is basically a ninja, but they don't seem to use that word in Hyrule.

Watch the stealthiness of this mysterious warrior and you'll see why.

According to Hylian experts, that eye symbol on the torso is called the Crest of the Sheikah.

The eye is wide open as if it can always see the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Anyone who can do that won't be fooled so easily, in fact, not at all!

By the way, rumor has it that the person underneath these clothings is not who you'd expect.

We do however know that under Min Min's mask are eyes determined to be those of a true champ!

ZELDA

Match 17 - the legends have arrived!

It's Min Min versus "Hyrule's Wise Princess," Princess Zelda!

So this is the name that's featured in all those stories about the Hyrule universe.

Although Link is the main protagonist, it's the princess whose name's in the titles.

Anyway, she's very intelligent and knows a bit of magic.

Nayru's Love is something you'll hate if you don't like your projectiles being deflected.

Din's Fire floats for a limited time before it goes KABLOOM!

And Farore's Wind warps her to a different spot within a short distance.

The Ramen Bomber has a special type of magic herself: the magic of ARMS!

DR. MARIO

Match 18 - time for a checkup!

It's Min Min versus "The Prescriber," Dr. Mario!

So Mario's in the battlefield as a doctor, huh?

While working at a hopsital, his job is to exterminate viruses.

If you're careless in a crowd as big as the one in the stadium, you could be his patient.

Supposedly, during Smash, his pills not only taste nasty, they feel nasty too!

He's also got a sheet that you wouldn't wanna sleep under while in bed.

Min Min had better not get injured or else the doc will put her in the ambulance.

Just call me in the morning for more info 'cause the procedure starts now!

PICHU

Match 19 - stop beating yourselves up!

It's Min Min versus the "Shockingly Adorable Mouse," Pichu!

This is the pre-evolved form of the electric rodent we are most familiar with.

Yes, I said "pre-evolved" because it evolves into a Pikachu, not grow up to be one.

Tell a Pokémon scientist otherwise, and they'll prove you wrong.

OK, back to Pichu... Now, it can fire jolts just like the rest of the Pika-family.

The problem is when it unleashes electrical energy, it damages itself! Poor little critter...

Maybe the Ramen Bomber should evade and kick back those jolts over and over until it gets weaker...

...then she should be able to catch the stunning win!

FALCO

Match 20 - open the wings!

It's Min Min versus the "Proud Space Ace," Falco Lombardi!

Of course he's proud to be a space ace; he's a falcon with expertise in flight.

He jumps higher than Spring Man could even hope to match!

Min Min's more effective against those dominant on the ground than in the air.

I bet with the victory in the grand championships, he'd brag 'n nag us all year long.

But remember this, folks... It's important that you don't get too cocky!

One reason is he can't be in his reflecting form for as long as fellow wingmate Fox can.

Enough talk for now. Let's fly down to the ring for some aerial dynamics!

MARTH

Match 21 - minna, miteite kure!

It's Min Min versus "The Hero-King," Prince Marth!

In his hand is the sword known as Falchion which his dad wielded.

With the old man having been history, Marth took over to end a horrible war.

...Wait, what am I saying?! ALL wars are horrible!

Now, let's get to the point of why Falchion is dangerous.

Its gimmick is the tip of it... well, you could say is a cut above its edges.

When Marth gets the chance to deal a Critical Hit, it's a home run for him!

Whichever of the two will survive? Actually, both of them, 'cause this is just a game!

LUCINA

Match 21 - minna, miteite kure!

It's Min Min versus the "Warrior from a Doomed Future," Princess Lucina!

She somehow found a way to go back in time to save her dad from his demise.

Now she's stuck here in OUR timeline, centuries after the medieval days.

She behaves similarly to her ancestor Marth whom she once disguised herself as.

Like him, she wields the sword we call Falchion.

However, the tip of HER blade doesn't deal extra damage and lauch power.

In fact, all of Lucina's Falchion hurts the same.

Just by looking at her face, she's not the person who'd laugh at any jokes.

So I'll just be standard and say let's watch a battle between her and the Ramen Bomber!

YOUNG LINK

Match 22 - hey, listen!

It's Min Min versus the "Master of the Ocarina," Young Link!

He doesn't have said ocarina with him, 'cause in Smash, there's no time to play melodies.

To make him stand out more from the other Link's, his arrows are fire-based.

Frankly, they'd make good skewing sticks for meats in the Noodle House.

Strangely, his wooden shield can deflect any projectiles, when it was originally flammable.

Legend has it that this Link timeskipped for 7 years to save Hyrule.

Could 7 be his lucky number? Nah, not necessarily...

But if it is, this little boy could have bigger noodles than the Ramen Bomber!

GANONDORF

Match 23 - what evil power I see!

It's Min Min versus "The King of Darkness," Ganondorf!

Don't worry, ladies and gents - he may be purely corrupt but ARMS found a way to tame him.

Still, he seems prepped to bring chaos into Spring Stadium.

Come to think of it, the last time we saw him in Smash, he wore a fire-red beard.

Perhaps since there are many legends of Zelda, this is not the same dark king.

He looks like the Ganondorf I've seen in the Melee age. In fact, I think he is!

This time, as part of his moveset, he can SMASH his opponents with a powerful claymore!

Once he turns into that dreadful Ganon swine, he may turn Min Min into Char Siu!

MEWTWO

Match 24 - get psyched up!

It's Min Min versus the "Reawakening Legend," Mewtwo!

Cloned from one of, if not THE rarest Pokémon ever known by scientists...

...Mewtwo broke free from those people's captivity and is now trainerless.

For anyone who would try to catch it, defeat is almost inevitable.

Somehow, not only do we know about its origins, but also its type which is no doubt Psychic.

This cloned beast's special powers would make Springtron look like a failed experiment!

Min Min must be careful or else Mewtwo will grab and toss her with some invisible force!

This isn't even the grand finals and yet Mewtwo's already looking like a master!

ROY

Match 25 - sharpen your blades!

It's Min Min versus "The Young Lion," Roy!

This is no cub you're seeing, folks. He's a real fierce man!

His Binding Blade is filled with so much roaring flames that Min Min's Dragon ARMS may not comprehend that!

One special ability has him charging for 5 seconds and then exploding, causing anyone in the blast to blast off!

However, such spire of flames can leave the swordfighter himself a burn.

Fortunately for the Ramen Bomber, her ARMS can't be disabled since they're specially manufactured Smash ARMS.

Meaning even if Roy unleashes his full power, Min Min can fight off that fire with HER fire!

Maybe Mintendo can hire him later; his sword would make a good utensil to cut and cook meals at the same time!

CHROM

Match 25 - sharpen your blades!

It's Min Min versus the "Prince of Ylisse," Prince Chrom!

Several years ago, when he failed to qualify, Chrom said this historic quote...

"I suppose I'll get my chance another day."

Well, today's the day! He's now with his daughter Lucina and Robin as part of the roster.

ARMS researchers have found that Chrom's moveset is similar to Roy's.

Some big differences include a couple special moves and Chrom's sword which isn't fiery like Roy's is.

The strange thing is if Robin performs his Final Smash, Chrom assists even if he's his opponent!

Wow! Two Chrom's at the same time?! I doubt Min Min could use her noodles to understand that!

MR. GAME & WATCH

Match 26 - it's a game you must watch!

It's Min Min versus the "Master of Two Dimensions," Mr. Game & Watch!

Oh my! Why does the Ramen Bomber's next opponent look so...flat?!

And also, why is he moving so...choppily?!

Anyway, here's what we do know about a shadowy guy like him.

He's got a bucket that can be filled by projectiles.

Once the bucket is full, he can throw away all that fuel which is hotter than spilled noodle soup!

He also tends to play a game of chance with nine being the unluckiest number for his foes!

Now that's a fortune from a tough cookie you won't want to reveal!

META KNIGHT

Match 27 - en guarde!

It's Min Min versus "The Masked Swordsman," Meta Knight!

An interesting matchup today, if I do say so myself.

It's between a masked brawler and a masked swordfighter.

The only thing missing that I can think of is a masked gunner.

Aaanyway, Meta's a fierce rival to Kirby and they're both similar in height and shape.

Unlike the pink and cute puffball, this blue guy's pretty serious.

It has been rumored however that the face beneath the mask looks... adorable?

Well then, he'd better hope Min Min doesn't break it open or he'd be too embarrassed to fight her!

PIT

Match 28 - sorry to keep you waiting!

It's Min Min versus the "Captain of Lady Palutena's Guard," Pit!

He's been dreaming that he can fly on his very very own.

So don't overestimate his wings, 'cause without the goddess' help, he's pretty much flightless.

His main weapons, like for many angels, are the bow and arrows.

Unlike Link, Pit's arrows can change directions even AFTER being fired off the bow.

Here's what happened the last time I saw him in the sky; he was yelling how he never learned how to read.

Seriously?! Then how could you read anyone's mind as you aim your arrows at them?

With good experience on how to deal with archers, Min Min oughta be able to make Pit be finished!

DARK PIT

Match 28 - sorry to keep you waiting!

It's Min Min versus the "Dark-Winged Doppelgänger," Dark Pit!

Also known to certain characters as Pittoo as in Pit #2, but he doesn't like that.

Perhaps they were thinking of Mewtwo when they gave him that nickname.

Now for origins, he arrived here from a magic mirror on the wall from a fantasy world I can't recall.

Speaking of mirrors, did you know that both Pit's use them to deflect projectiles? They've a lot in common.

However, because he's a dark entity, this one's not allowed to borrow the Lightning Chariot like Light Pit can.

Instead, he fires with some kinda firearm in a similar fashion to Zelda in the previous Smash eras.

BTW, you won't see Min Min place ramen bowls on the floor for either Pit's as that would give them an advantage!

ZERO SUIT SAMUS

Match 29 - zero reasons to skip this!

It's Min Min versus "The Warrior Within," Zero Suit Samus!

So this is what the bounty hunter's face truly looks like.

It was hard to make out through that green visor she wore before deassembling her Power Suit.

With just the Zero Suit on, Samus can physically move faster than with heavier armor.

To balance things out, her weapons aren't as powerful as before.

She does have a gun that can stun, so the Ramen Bomber must watch out!

Otherwise, she'll basically be paralyzed the same as having that debuff from a Shock Bomb!

...OK, not that destructive but still, they both gotta look suited for victory!

WARIO

Match 30 - the prize money's up for grabs!

It's Min Min versus the "Scoundrel with a Fart of Gold," Wario!

Phew! I smell a rat. I'd be a rat's uncle if that rat isn't the man with the crooked mustache!

Don't mean to be bias, but I don't think that Wario guy truly deserves the prize if he wins.

According to witnesses, he'd want more and more and more until... uh, forever!

They also said he'd eat anything on the ground like a road hog... including his own motorcycle!

Yuck! He would TOTALLY wreck Mintendo with those manners!

When enough time has come, he'll become a gas rocket, firing off anyone in the... GAHH!

Just the thought of him stinks! Min Min should take away his garlic because he's no good at cooking with them!

SNAKE

Match 31 - it's showtime!

It's Min Min versus "The Legendary Mercenary," Solid Snake!

I...never thought I'd see him return to the Smash franchise, but what I saw with my own eyes, it happened!

We all know him for those codecs on other fighters back in Shadow Moses Island.

Sadly, his codec receiver only works when characters who were present in the Brawl era are on the opposing side.

He still has all these gadgets you'd find in a spy mission.

Bombs, bazookas, missiles, you name it, ladies and gents!

When taunting, he likes to put himself under a box. Strange because none other go in boxes.

He can run but he can't hide like that from an ARMS contestant as fierce as the Ramen Bomber!

IKE

Match 32 - fight for your friends!

It's Min Min versus "The Radiant Hero of Legend," Ike!

There are some things about this hero from Fire Emblem tales I just don't understand.

How could he carry that heavy sword with only one hand?

...Oh, 'cause he has strong muscles, doesn't he? I doubt you can carry something this big with noodly arms.

Then again, Min Min's limbs come in HUGE packages. These ramen noodles can transform into serpents!

Another weird is this: if you listen closely, when Ike's in a different getup, his vocal chords change too.

They say his Aether is his signature move, but I've seen someone else perform it, too.

Right now, the Ramen Bomber's skills are hers alone. Regardless if that blade can reach, this'll be a radiant bout!

POKéMON TRAINER (Squirtle)

Match 33 - gotta catch 'em all!

It's Min Min versus "He/She Who Wants to Be the Very Best," the boy/girl Pokémon Trainer!

His/Her goal is like some other hardcore trainers out there: to catch every Pokémon and beat the best in the nest!

This kid has three Pokémon with him/her and the one he's/she's starting with is the water turtle, Squirtle!

Its smaller size makes it harder to land a knockout blow towards it, especially with its pushing water gun.

When it hides itself into its shell and spins like a top, you'll have an even tougher time damaging it.

Now, the trainer's Pokémon can be swapped to bring more variety, kinda like how Min Min can change her right ARM.

For fairness purposes, though, all Pokémon share the same pain. They also share the same finishing move.

Will you root for the Pokémon Master or the Ramen Bomber? You guys choose!

POKéMON TRAINER (Ivysaur)

Match 34 - gotta catch 'em all!

It's Min Min versus "He/She Who Wants to Be the Very Best," the boy/girl Pokémon Trainer!

His/Her goal is like some other hardcore trainers out there: to catch every Pokémon and beat the best in the nest!

This kid has three Pokémon with him/her and the one he's/she's starting with is the plant monster, Ivysaur!

Its flower isn't for you to sniffle. Here's a real smelly fact: it can shoot out very sharp seeds and leaves!

It can also stretch its vine our like a whip! ...Now why don't any current ARMS fighter have this feature?

Now, the trainer's Pokémon can be swapped to bring more variety, kinda like how Min Min can change her right ARM.

For fairness purposes, though, all Pokémon share the same pain. They also share the same finishing move.

Will you root for the Pokémon Master or the Ramen Bomber? You guys choose!

POKéMON TRAINER (Charizard)

Match 35 - gotta catch 'em all!

It's Min Min versus "He/She Who Wants to Be the Very Best," the boy/girl Pokémon Trainer!

His/Her goal is like some other hardcore trainers out there: to catch every Pokémon and beat the best in the nest!

This kid has three Pokémon with him/her and the one he's/she's starting with is the fire dragon, Charizard!

Like most dragons including Min Min's, its breath burns like an oven, and it's also got a torch-hot tackle!

Say, didn't it use to headbutt a rock into pieces? Perhaps a move deleter made it forget how to do that.

DIDDY KONG

Match 36 - this is no monkey business!

It's Min Min versus "The Acrobat," Diddy Kong!

He's back again and about time too, and this time he's in the mood!

Ahem, enough monkeying around, let's get serious on what he's got up his sleeves...if he even has any sleeves.

DK's little buddy has a few tricks you probably won't find at any present circus.

His pistol can shoot out fully shelled peanuts. Trust me when I say you won't wanna eat the shells.

Plus, he can fly rea-- uh, blast off with a jetpack to fly in the air for a short period of time.

For his toughest technique, he can wield both his jetpack and two pistols all at once!

And here's my advice for you, Min Min. Don't slip on his banana peels or your act may ruined!

LUCAS

Match 37 - PK Start!

It's Min Min versus the "Boy from Nowhere," Lucas!

No, not nowhere as in out of thin air. I'm talking about the Nowhere Islands which are SOMEWHERE.

Pretty ironic, isn't it? It's...uh, well, it's kinda complicated to explain, so let's get to the challenger.

Lucas, like Ness, is a master of PSI, but he's got worse problems than the other boy.

Whereas Ness can call his mom when he's homesick, Lucas lost his forever which is reeeally traumatizing.

sniff Oh boy, any loss of a good parent is a horrible thought...

Regardless of his tragic past, Min Min can't "PK Freeze" in battle and just feel sorry for him.

After all, if you wanna be the best, you gotta DO your best!

SONIC

Match 38 - don't be too slow!

It's Min Min versus "The Blue Blur," Sonic the Hedgehog!

Yep, the world's fastest hedgehog is back...again!

Not only does he like to run with blinding speed, but he also likes to spin himself like a ball.

His spinning, my friends, would give Kid Cobra's snakeboards a run for their money.

Sonic's so fast, he may have the ability to escape from Min Min's extending ARMS just by running away!

She'd better aim sharp...especially since one of his special attacks can aim sharp towards her!

If that's not enough, with those gems called Chaos emeralds in his hand, he can crank the speed to 11!

I sure hope the camera can keep up with the both of them during the whole battle!

KING DEDEDE

Match 39 - de-de-delightful!

It's Min Min versus the "Self-Made King," King Dedede!

Look at the size of that hammer! I think it's bigger than Max Brass' two Kablammers combined!

And like those ARMS, this beast's hammer can explode with impact with some sorta rocket booster.

Rumor has it that he can wear a mask not unlike most ARMS contestants and wield a more powerful hammer.

It's supposed to be strong enough to break through steel cages with a single whopper! Yikes!

For other stuff, he can vacuum in any fighter or item into his big belly.

Fortunately for any opponent, while his nemesis Kirby can copy them, King Dedede can't.

If Min Min can de-de-dethrone him, she'll walk one step closer to becoming the true queen of fighting!

OLIMAR

Match 40 - flowers are blooming!

It's Min Min versus the "Veteran Astronaut," Captain Olimar!

For those unaware of the cute Pikmin by his side, the red ones burn like fire which they're immune to.

Yellow Pikmin jump higher than the rest and sting worse than static electricity.

The blue ones...have the capability of swimming. Enough said.

Purple Pikmin are the big ones and deal a lot of hurt!

The white ones are poisonous. Remember, kids. Don't EVER eat one of those alive.

Finally, we've got the special winged Pikmin who only appear to carry Olimar in the air for a few secs.

There's also Alph, but he's pretty much the same fighter. Min Min, OTOH, can't be mimicked perfectly!

ALPH

Match 40 - flowers are blooming!

It's Min Min versus the "Astronaut in Training," Alph!

Finally, we've got the special winged Pikmin who only appear to carry Alph in the air for a few secs.

There's also Olimar, but he's pretty much the same fighter. Min Min, OTOH, can't be mimicked perfectly!

LUCARIO

Match 41 - I can sense their high energy!

It's Min Min versus the "Master of Aura," Lucario!

Here's a neat riddle: what can receive more and more bruises, the stronger it becomes?

You guessed it - it's the blue and black Pokémon you're looking at right now!

Lucario may start out as a pretty weak foe but you can't be careless around it.

Its aura actually grows when it receives damage during Smash.

The greater the aura, the stronger its moves will be!

A few ARMS fighters have a similar gimmick. The Ramen Bomber sadly isn't one of them...

But she's clearly shown her capability of beating them. With that, she'll definitely have a shot here!

R.O.B.

Match 42 - now booting up system!

It's Min Min versus "The Last of His Kind," R.O.B.

The Smash roster has all kinds of characters, heroes, villains, humans, animals...

Yes, everyone, even an NES accessory has become an actual fighter.

Legend has it that this very robot once played a massive role in that Subspace war.

Now, it's programmed to fight and be the best at Smash!

That means some professor named Hector isn't needed to control it, for it moves by itself.

Now, its laser when charged for long enough extends beyond even the furthest any ARM has ever reached!

It may be a fighting machine, but so's Min Min! Let's see if nature can conquer artificial intelligence!

TOON LINK

Match 43 - ahoy, mateys!

It's Min Min versus the "Wind-Waking Warrior," Toon Link!

This cartoony incarnation of the Hylian hero just sailed from a vast world called the Great Sea!

Underneath the waves there is supposed to be Hyrule Castle itself.

If legends are true, then the original Hylian world got flooded prior to his eventual adventure.

OK, let's just get to his moveset already.

Unlike his two counterparts, Toon Link doesn't swing his sword more than once on two of his smash attacks.

He can also dive down swiftly with his down aerial. Min Min could potentially dodge it to turn the tables.

Now, they're both aboard Spring Stadium and ready and aiming to fire up the crowd, so let's set sail!

WOLF

Match 44 - playtime's over!

It's Min Min versus "The Silver Space Wolf," Wolf O'Donnell!

Who isn't afraid of this big bad pilot from the Lylat System?

He leads the Wolfens in the Star Wolf team and is a nemesis to Fox.

For his moveset, he makes up for his slower and less air-dynamic techniques for greater power.

His sharp claws have a better range of slashing than they look. You could say they're worse than his bite!

And "howl" you expect him to show any less sportsmanship?

Well, he'll hunt down anyone who stands in his way to get what he wants. Wow, sounds dangerous!

I can tell already that the Ramen Bomber won't let him do that!

VILLAGER

Match 45 - no resetting allowed!

It's Min Min versus the "Mayor of Smashville", the boy/girl Villager!

It's unusual for a child to lead a village after Tortimer the tortoise retired from his position.

He/She must've had a lot of experience in such a short period of time to be mayor.

I'm even more impressed that his/her kit made him/her eligible for Smash.

He/She can grow trees like fast timelapse and put projectiles in his/her pocket with his/her bare hands.

Plus, when the kid drops a bowling ball from high above, look out below, 'cause you know what they say...

...the longer they fall, the harder they'll hit you!

Are Min Min's ARMS enough to override this mayor's vetoes? The finest fight in town begins now!

MEGA MAN

Match 46 - equip your weapons!

It's Min Min versus "The Blue Bomber," Mega Man!

Ladies and gents, the super fighting robot has joined the battle once again!

For the second time in Smash, you're gonna see all those tools from his copying system.

Mega Buster, Rush Coil, Metal Blade, Leaf Shield, Crash Bomber, etc.

And he's just made his already epic Final Smash even more epic!

Why? Because two additional robots join in with the other Mega Men for more fun, fun fury!

Hate to admit it but that's crazier than Min Min in Rush mode! I'm talking the lasers, not the dog...

OK, let's get to the competition between the Ramen Bomber and the Blue Bomber!

Wii FIT TRAINER

Match 47 - keep your balance!

It's Min Min versus the "Yoga Warrior/The BMI Bandit," the female/male Wii Fit Trainer!

The instructor from Wii Fit Studios is fighting-fit for some fit fighting, I see.

We'd better watch out for the poses! They're not just for show in Smash.

As she/he thrusts to her/his target directions, her/his Yoga expertise will prove they're not so calm.

One thing to note is her/his deep breath which can somehow make her/him both stronger and faster.

Unfortunately for her/him, Smash is always full of wild action and there's hardly any time to breathe.

And as she/he inhales and exales, any fighter like the Ramen Bomber can find an opening.

Therefore, we can relax AFTER the game is over. My heart is pumping fast so let's get to it!

ROSALINA & LUMA

Match 48 - may the stars shine down on us!

It's Min Min versus "The Cosmic Travelers," Rosalina & her beloved Luma!

Rosalina was once a little girl who lived on her home planet.

Ever since she befriended the cute stars known as Lumas, they've all explored the whole wide universe.

It seems both she and one of the Lumas came here for a "Smashing" good time.

The Luma may look light as a feather but its punches, even out of Rosalina's range, are heavy as steel!

It's better to focus your effort on Rosalina and not waste your time KOing her Luma friend.

You wanna know why? 'Cause when one Luma goes down, another one appears...and of another color, too!

Knowing they visit Earth once a century, this may very well be Min Min's only chance of beating them!

LITTLE MAC

Match 49 - do you hear the bell dinging?

It's Min Min versus the "Bruiser from the Bronx," Little Mac!

Boxing is one of the main inspirations for the founding of the ARMS Franchise.

Little Mac is one of the most powerful fighters of all...on the ground at least.

You see, his strength declines significantly while airborne.

It's kinda both an advantage and disadvantage for the Ramen Bomber.

She's weak against air fighters, but Little Mac is poor at aerial fighting.

That and vice versa. Two things to beware, though, are his almighty KO Punch and his Giga Mac form!

The battle today is a prime example of an old fighting sport versus the newer!

GRENINJA

Match 50 - we're making a big splash!

It's Min Min versus the "Master of Stealth," Greninja!

Ninjara's called the STUDENT of Stealth, but the master is a Pokémon?!

Probably not in Ninja College. I doubt the students or this Greninja speak the same language.

Anyway, Greninja, being a water Pokémon, knows how to make a good splash! Hehehe...that was corny.

It's also a Dark-type. Despite that, Mewtwo's Psychic powers can still somehow affect it in Smash.

As it performs its Final Smash, it takes on a form that no other known Greninja have.

Could it be that this one used to be owned by a trainer in particular? It's a shame we won't know now...

All we can do is see if Min Min can master the art of countering ninjutsu!

Mii BRAWLER

Match 51 - settle it in Smash!

It's Min Min versus "The Brawler of Many Faces," the Mii Brawler!

That's one of three types of special Mii Fighters along with the Swordfighter and Gunner types.

Their faces can come in countless different colors, shapes and sizes!

They also wear different costumes for their preference.

And during customization, they can change their 4 Special Attacks.

I do remember that non-Mii fighters used to do that as well, but then they dropped that.

Min Min can, however, change her ARMS all while during gameplay!

You'd better belive "Mii" when I say it's time they get things kickin'!

Mii SWORDFIGHTER

Match 52 - settle it in Smash!

It's Min Min versus "The Swordfighter of Many Faces," the Mii Swordfighter!

That's one of three types of special Mii Fighters along with the Brawler and Gunner types.

You'd better belive "Mii" when I say it's time they cross blades against each other!

Mii GUNNER

Match 53 - settle it in Smash!

It's Min Min versus "The Gunner of Many Faces," the Mii Gunner!

That's one of three types of special Mii Fighters along with the Brawler and Swordfighter types.

You'd better belive "Mii" when I say it's time they give it their best shots!

PALUTENA

Match 54 - the light is shining on the stage!

It's Min Min versus the "Goddess of Light," Lady Palutena!

Better put your sunglasses on 'cause her light is so bright, it'll hurt your eyes!

When she isn't fighting in Smash, she gives her loyal servant Pit valuable info on his foes.

The bad news for him is she has no knowledge about some fighters whatsoever...

This is why I, Biff, have stepped in to talk about every one of the entire SSBU roster!

OK, back to Lady Palutena - as the rule of Skyworld, her godly magic is very hard to comprehend.

If Min Min can find a way to roast her like beef, she may go from Ramen Bomber to Ramen Goddess!

This is the kind of Ramen god that should NEVER forsake me!

PAC-MAN

Match 55 - dinner time!

It's Min Min versus "The Yellow Bane of Ghosts," Pac-Man

I'm a-"mazed" to have known how big of an eater our Pac pal is.

He could eat all the pellets in up to 256 mazes! Wow, talk about an appetite!

He could gobble up all of the Noodle House's food supplies long before his 256th meal.

When he turns into a giant chopming circle, he may eat YOU!

Not only can he bite to fight, he may also unleash sprites from Arcade classics including his own.

Can you name all the Arcade sprites that he can make appear? Whoever does it first wins a prize!

Min Min won't want a ghost of a chance against him as he might ruin her family's business!

ROBIN

Match 56 - time to tip the scales!

It's Min Min versus "The Tactician Magician," Robin!

He/She's got not just one sword, but two. One is more standard while another is electric! Yeoch!

However, to balance things out, while the standard Bronze Sword can be used infinitely...

...the electric blade called the Levin Sword will break from attacking with it enough times.

His/Her magic is also limited. The Levin Sword and the magic tomes won't be used again for a while.

Speaking of magic, he/she exceeds in thunder, fire, wind and Nosfethu...Nofesra... Nose...

Whatever that word is pronounced, anyone caught in that dark aura will have their health drained.

Min Min should avoid that one the most; she may have her noodles all dried up!

SHULK

Match 57 - we're really feeling it!

It's Min Min versus "The Visionary," Shulk!

That thing he's holding is the Monado. It may not look so sharp at first, but watch out!

A laser gets unleashed as he swings his weapon at his enemies, and it's way worse than just a sting!

He's also got 5 different arts to choose from with that sword.

Each art boosts a certain stat. The Smash art is the one to look out for when you're highly damaged.

It's been said in Xenoblade chronicles that if one can control the Monado's power...

...the wielder can get a vision of what will happen in the future if they don't do anything.

The best the Ramen Bomber can do is prevent Shulk from preventing his future loss from happening!

BOWSER JR.

Match 58 - quit clowning around!

It's Min Min versus the "Prince of the Koopas," Bowser Jr.!

As you folks know, he's the son of the video game villain, Bowser, but...who was his mother?

Did she disappear or something? Maybe that's why Bowser wanted Princess Peach by his side.

Alright, back to his son. During Smash, he likes to ride in his small Koopa Clown Car.

Without any doubt, its face has far less humor than Lola Pop.

Junior can fire cannonballs out of the car's mouth and drop wind-up toys that blow up after a while.

I wouldn't wanna laugh at these things if I were you...

To win, Min Min must give him and the clown car a lot more than just a bunch of slapstick!

LARRY

Match 58 - quit clowning around!

It's Min Min versus "The Youngest Koopaling," Larry Koopa!

That's one of the 7 young Koopalings who serve Bowser.

It seems instead of appearing in a different costume, Bowser Jr. hired those 7 kids to join Smash.

For a long time, we still don't understand the true relationship between Bowser and the Koopalings.

We also can't seem to get why they can completely emulate Bowser Jr.'s moves here.

It's jarring when you know their different personalities and traits.

The only difference between Larry and Bowser Jr. is their and their clown cars' appearances.

So if Min Min's spicy hot strategy works on Bowser Jr., it'll work on ALL the Koopalings!

ROY

Match 58 - quit clowning around!

It's Min Min versus "The Cool One," Roy Koopa!

That's one of the 7 young Koopalings who serve Bowser.

It seems instead of appearing in a different costume, Bowser Jr. hired those 7 kids to join Smash.

WENDY

Match 58 - quit clowning around!

It's Min Min versus "The Bold Beauty," Wendy O. Koopa!

So if Min Min's spicy hot strategy works on Bowser Jr., it'll work on ALL the Koopalings!

IGGY

Match 58 - quit clowning around!

It's Min Min versus "The Laughing Prankster," Iggy Koopa!

That's one of the 7 young Koopalings who serve Bowser.

It seems instead of appearing in a different costume, Bowser Jr. hired those 7 kids to join Smash.

For a long time, we still don't understand the true relationship between Bowser and the Koopalings.

It's jarring when you know their different personalities and traits.

So if Min Min's spicy hot strategy works on Bowser Jr., it'll work on ALL the Koopalings!

MORTON

Match 58 - quit clowning around!

It's Min Min versus "The Enforcer," Morton Koopa Jr.!

LEMMY

Match 58 - quit clowning around!

It's Min Min versus the "Wacky War Machine," Lemmy Koopa!

That's one of the 7 young Koopalings who serve Bowser.

It seems instead of appearing in a different costume, Bowser Jr. hired those 7 kids to join Smash.

For a long time, we still don't understand the true relationship between Bowser and the Koopalings.

LUDWIG

Match 58 - quit clowning around!

It's Min Min versus the "Pompous Prodigy," Ludwig von Koopa!

That's one of the 7 young Koopalings who serve Bowser.

It seems instead of appearing in a different costume, Bowser Jr. hired those 7 kids to join Smash.

For a long time, we still don't understand the true relationship between Bowser and the Koopalings.

So if Min Min's spicy hot strategy works on Bowser Jr., it'll work on ALL the Koopalings!

DUCK HUNT

Match 59 - bark, quack, boom!

It's Min Min versus "The Odd Couple," the Duck Hunt Dog & Duck!

Oh, no, it's that crazy cackling canine again...

And he has a water fowl as a friend when he should be hunting those quackers.

Whenever the dog laughs at me for failing, I want to shut. Him. Up!

I would LOVE it if Byte & Barq grab him and the duck down and send them to the pound.

Heck, I'd love to see them get pounded by the Ramen Bomber!

Ugh, you wanna hear some moveset info about those pests, don't ya? Fine...

They shoot, spin exploding cans and throw frisbees. There, I said it, so let's go already!

RYU

Match 60 - shoryuken!

It's Min Min versus the "Eternal Wanderer," Ryu!

He's known to have wandered all over the world in search of worthy challengers.

I think he's come to the right street to find the right stadium to fight the right foe!

His Hadouken would make him a good rival against the Ramen Bomber and her Dragon's blasts.

In addition to his signature Ansatsuken fighting stlye, he's got a special technique.

If his brain does a special command to the body, his attacks'll be greater than normal.

Either way, you can't afford to take much beating from them.

Just don't forget to keep an eye on your opponent; you never know what they'll bring to you!

KEN

Match 60 - shoryuken!

It's Min Min versus "The Fire-Breathing Fist," Ken Masters!

Looks like Min Min's Dragons aren't the only fists that can breathe out flames.

Speaking of which, Ken's Shoryuken, unlike Ryu's, unleashes fire when activated.

And here's some trivia for street fighting fans...

Did you know that Ryu and Ken both not just have one Final Smash, but two?!

You heard me correctly! They can use a different finishing move two different ways.

One is when they're real close to the target fighter or at least many yards away from them.

With the Ramen Bomber's ARMS and Ken's fiery fists, they're REALLY gonna fight fire with fire!

CLOUD

Match 61 - time to push the limits!

It's Min Min versus "SOLDIER 1st Class," Cloud Strife!

Thought Cloud returning to Smash would be a fantasy? Well, he did return and that's final!

His iconic Buster Sword is still as powerful as ever as are his Limit Breaks.

Better keep an eye on his Limit Gauge; when it's full, beware!

He'll be able to use even stronger special moves including one with, dare I say, a finishing touch!

And who could ever not be interested in his ultimate attack, Omnislash?!

Most impressively, it's more amazing-looking when Cloud is in his "Advent Children" outfit!

The Ramen Bomber's gonna wanna defeat him now or he might bid the Smash franchise "Sayonara!"

CORRIN

Match 62 - choose the right path!

It's Min Min versus the "Blood of Dragons," Corrin!

Some time ago, he/she had to decide whether to decide to be part of one army or the other.

It was a choice between birthright and conquest.

Much to the warriors' surprise, he/she decided to join Smash instead!

Good thing as Smash is a lot more fun than having to battle in an actual war. That would be awful!

Corrin can transform into a water dragon and magically turn his/her hand into a lance or jaws.

What did you expect? He/She DOES share the blood of such mystical reptiles after all.

Will it be him/her or Min Min who has the mightiest dragon power? The fate of this fight is imminent!

BAYONETTA

Match 63 - let's get wicked!

It's Min Min versus the "Umbra Witch," Bayonetta!

What exactly are Umbra witches, you ask? Well, I'm too busy commentating to look it up.

However, I do recall someone saying that Bayo's clothes are part of her hair.

That hair would had to be so long, not even Twintelle's could measure that much.

I've also seen her shoot her guns...with her shoes!

How could ANYONE pull those triggers without their fingers?!

There's also a unique counter called Witch Time. Anyone who falls for it will slow down a second or two.

These are the seconds the Ramen Bomber wouldn't want to eat!

INKLING

Match 64 - booyah!

It's Min Min versus the "Part Kid, Part Squid Creature," the boy/girl Inkling!

The following info on this unusual species has been verified by Squid Research Lab scientists.

Their research has revealed that the Inklings' normal forms resemble the human kind.

Thanks to an ink-redible evolution, they're capable of transforming into squids much gooier than Helix.

Their method of attack is spraying ink. They heal themselves with their own but opposing inks hurt them.

Cod-ly, the Inklings you see in Smash don't instantly dissolve while in the water, no matter how hot.

Despite still taking damage from water, I wonder if they used water-proof lotion? SRL never told us...

That's all the data I can say now. Min Min's ramen must stay fresh from any calamari inkantation!

RIDLEY

Match 65 - time for the big fight!

It's Min Min versus the "Cunning God of Death," Ridley!

Say, the winged space pirate himself looks much smaller than I last saw him.

What's next? People shrinking Kraid to a tinier size?

No matter, Ridley's now a fighter in Smash, so there!

Don't think he's just some space pterasaur you can take down - he does what pterasaurs don't!

For instance, he shoots out fire balls and, I'm not joking, IMPALES his enemies with his tail! Yeouch!

The most terrifying of all is his Plasma Scream! If you've received enough damage, you can't endure it!

The Ramen Bomber should hope SHE doesn't blow up from that blast or she'll become space debris!

SIMON

Match 66 - what a beautiful day to have a battle!

It's Min Min versus "Evil's Whip-Wielding Bane," Simon Belmont!

The Belmont clan consists of world renowned vampire hunters wielding the legendary Vampire Killer.

They've been doing it for about a millennium which is 1,000 years!

With that blood-curdling whip that rivals any ARM, no monster will scare them, not even Master Mummy!

The clan's mission every century is to prevent a particular vampire from spreading darkness to the world.

Simon is arguably the most well known of all the people with that surname.

You'll be going "Holy smokes!" as you witness his arsenal full of holy powers.

'Tis now a duel between she who bombs the ramen and he who hunts down Count Dracula himself!

RICHTER

Match 66 - what a beautiful day to have a battle!

It's Min Min versus the "Azure Vampire Assassin," Richter Belmont!

Like his ancestor, Simon, Richter comes from a family of vampire hunters wielding the same whip.

In case you forgot what it is, it's the Vampire Killer!

It's been with the Belmonts to show Dracula and his minions that they don't belong in this world.

You see, a man like him isn't some miserable little pile of secrets - he's a hero against the darkness!

The funny thing is while Min Min's now his opponent, she isn't on the evil side.

That is, unless Hedlok controls her mind. Come to think of it, Richter once got brainwashed, didn't he?

The contestants have their minds prepared for the next bout, so let's get crackin' like a whip!

KING K. ROOL

Match 67 - let's kroc 'n roll!

It's Min Min versus "The Kremling Commander," King K. Rool!

A lot of people requested the Smash franchise for HIM to be part of the roster.

There is a rumor that they were under the influence of Kremling propaganda. Can't confirm that...

Nevertheless, the king of the Kremlings himself is trying to conquer the competition!

His abdomen as golden as his crown and as cold as his heart is a unique piece of armor.

During his countering pose, any attack, physical or projectile, will be deflected from the front.

He'd better be careful; his belly can break from too much damage, stunning him like disabled ARMS!

I can sense that Min Min wants to dethrone his dictartoship and tell him "See you later, alligator!"

ISABELLE

Match 68 - we're turning over a new leaf!

It's Min Min versus "The Mayor's Assistant," Isabelle!

She once was just an assist to the battles in the previous Smash era herself.

Why's she now a fighter? 'Cause she received one of those invitations in the mail, that's why.

This little pup may be lovable in content, but her arsenal is worse than both her bite and bark.

She shares some things with the human villagers while also possessing different stuff.

Examples include a fishing rod to reel in her opponents and a vertical Lloyd rocket.

Same or not, both she and the other Smashville residents are anything but harmless in Smash.

If Min Min could pay in bells, not gongs, she could buy Smashville's turnips for her turnip cakes!

INCINEROAR

Match 69 - alola!

It's Min Min versus "The Ring's Raging Flame," Incineroar!

So, we have a wrestling-type fighter at Spring Stadium, eh? I wonder if it can play ARM Wrestling?

That would actually be unfair here, knowing Min Min's long noodly limbs that stretch afar.

When Incineroar's attacks connect, it likes to appeal to the crowd like it's the ultimate Pokémon!

It shows its fiery frustration if it misses its targets.

It'll REALLY be on fire when it unleashes its revenge!

Its flame of strength reaches the moon when it shows off its special Z-move!

The war between the tiger and the dragon is about to start! Enjoy!

PIRANHA PLANT

Match 70 - a new matchup has been planted!

It's Min Min versus the "Bloom of Your Doom," the Piranha Plant!

No, folks, you're not dreaming. That fly trap-like flower is a fighter, not an item or even an AT.

Many different species of Piranha Plant have been identified.

Different colors, shapes, and bevaviors.

Some spit out spike balls, others have poisonous breaths, and most have sharp teeth for biting.

But no matter how big the difference is, we're all aware they're in the same family.

However, this one as proven by good source material have all the different traits all at once!

Who knows who else will challenge the Ramen Bomber? It's time to put the pedal to the metal!

JOKER

Match 71 - looking cool!

It's Min Min versus "The Great Phantom Thief," Joker!

For real, people, you NEVER saw it coming. There was no calling card to warn us about that.

Joker's the leader of Tokyo's own Phantom Thieves, whose job is to steal hearts from evil humans.

He wields a knife not as a utensil for dicing the vegetables in the Noodle House but as a weapon.

He's also a fierce sharpshooter. I've seen him fire those projectiles while doing somersaults!

Last but not least is his Poké-- err, Persona. Arsene is his name and powering Joker up's his game!

With his arsenal, or rather his Arsene-al, it's almost SCARY how good he is compared to even Misango!

Min Min oughta catch this thief red-gloved before going to bed!

HERO (Luminary)

Match 72 - a hero draws near!

It's Min Min versus the "So-Called Darkspawn," the Luminary!

This swordman comes from the eleventh tale of legendary heroic warriors.

If you listened carefully, that traditional Dragon Quest fanfare didn't play when he arrived.

All due to an obvious reason. OK, let's just look at his light-shining, heavy-hitting powers!

The Luminary's sword is special; if he's lucky, his smash attacks will deal some CRITICAL hurt!

And heroes like him aren't complete without magic. In fact, his Down Special gives him many options!

I counted - there are 21 down specials in 1, meaning his total of specials is a whopping 24!

The Ramen Bomber may have a smaller moveset, but she's still a big heroine in many fans' books!

HERO (Erdrick)

Match 72 - a hero draws near!

It's Min Min versus "The Legendary Hero," Erdrick!

This swordman comes from the third tale of legendary heroic warriors.

If you listened carefully, that traditional Dragon Quest fanfare didn't play when he arrived.

All due to an obvious reason. OK, let's just look at his light-shining, heavy-hitting powers!

HERO (Solo)

Match 72 - a hero draws near!

It's Min Min versus "The Zenithian," Solo!

This swordman comes from the fourth tale of legendary heroic warriors.

If you listened carefully, that traditional Dragon Quest fanfare didn't play when he arrived.

All due to an obvious reason. OK, let's just look at his light-shining, heavy-hitting powers!

Solo's sword is special; if he's lucky, his smash attacks will deal some CRITICAL hurt!

HERO (Eight)

Match 72 - a hero draws near!

It's Min Min versus "The Dragovian Descendant," Eight!

This swordman comes from the eighth tale of legendary heroic warriors.

If you listened carefully, that traditional Dragon Quest fanfare didn't play when he arrived.

All due to an obvious reason. OK, let's just look at his light-shining, heavy-hitting powers!

Eight's sword is special; if he's lucky, his smash attacks will deal some CRITICAL hurt!

BANJO & KAZOOIE

BIFF: Match 73 - guh-huh!

It's Min Min versus the "Laid-Back Animals," Banjo the Bear & Kazooie the Breegull!

By popular demand, the bear and bird duo gets recruited by-- (static/cackle)

GRUNTY:

...The Smash roster, I know, I know!
I wonder why I'm not fighting in this show?!

Their moves were taught to them by moles,
how I wish I blew up all their holes!

He does some attacks while, she, that jerk
with attitude, does most of the work!

I hope the ramen girl beats those two
for spoiling my plans! Anyway, adieu! (cackle/static)

BIFF: What was that?! Well, we're back at our regular program, so no worries, ladies and gents.

Min Min, you'd better not be careless, or the animal buddies is guaranteed to have this in the bag!

TERRY

Match 74 - everything OK?

It's Min Min versus "The Legendary Wolf," Terry Bogard!

He doesn't look like a wolf like the canine with the eyepatch, but his fury will still send you howling for help!

He aims to be the king of fighters thanks to his awesome skills.

Like Ryu and Ken, Terry's fists can shoot out energy, though that energy is more for the ground than in the air.

Believe it or not, he's got a rare BACK Side Special memorized in his brain. ...Is that even allowed in Smash?!

If that's not all, after receiving enough damage, his two SUPER special attacks will be given a GO!

Oh, and did someone already mention that one of his friends is prohibited from the show due to the censorship?

Smash is for good boys and girls after all. Thankfully, Min Min has nothing that would up the ratings!

BYLETH

Match 75 - class is now in session!

It's Min Min versus the "Ashen Demon," Ferdinand Von-- no, Byleth Eisner!

Yep, the Ramen Bomber faces yet another swordfighter from the Fire Emblem series of stories.

This sword has whip-like properties and is one of Fodlan's heroes' relics.

Only those with certain crests can use them safely. Teach here, on the other hand, has a unique flame-like crest.

That crest allows him/her to wield any relic he/she wishes. He/She now has 4 in total with him/her.

I wonder how he/she could fit all those in his/her pockets? Oh, and there's also the ability to go back in time.

However, because that is considered cheating, we surgically removed that power out of his/her body.

I have something to ask of you, Min Min. Can you teach him/her something to believe in? Please, and thanks!

MIN MIN

Match 76 - fire it up!

It's Min Min versus "The Ramen Bomber," Min Min!

Wait a minute! A-am I hallucinating?! There are TWO Min Min's on the same stage?!

How can that be possible unless somehow the industry made a perfect copy of her?!

Or maybe...the other Ramen Bomber could actually be an intruder from another dimension!

The Megawatt-shocking truth is they're so alike that if you're color-blind, you won't tell them apart!

Even if you're not, the real Min Min might be wearing a different costume than usual!

And if both combatants can dish out the exact same spicy punches and kicks...gah! This is so intense!

I can't even SMELL which Ramen Bomber is which! Ramen gods, please don't make the fake one the winner!

STEVE/ALEX

Match 77 - can you dig it?

It's Min Min versus the "World Crafter," Steve/Alex!

This figure comes from a dimension full of diggable blocks.

With material, he/she can create one of those cubes...or two or how many he/she wishes.

With him/her is a crafting table. It helps him/her build stronger tools for the battle.

He'll/She'll need rare material for those. To find them, Steve/Alex must mine for them while on the ground.

His/Her disadvantage is even his/her diamond weapons will crack open after enough use.

If I were you, Min Min, I'd find a great chance to ground him/her when he's/she's busy crafting!

ZOMBIE

Match 77 - can you dig it?

It's Min Min versus the "Night Roamer," the Zombie!

This undead figure comes from a dimension full of diggable blocks.

With material, he can create one of those cubes...or two or how many he wishes.

With him is a crafting table. It helps him build stronger tools for the battle.

He'll need rare material for those. To find them, the Enderman must mine for them while on the ground.

His disadvantage is even his diamond weapons will crack open after enough use.

This live event today is terrifying! I don't want that guy eating the Ramen Bomber's own noodles!

ENDERMAN

Match 77 - can you dig it?

It's Min Min versus the "End Dweller," the Enderman!

This mysterious figure comes from a dimension full of diggable blocks.

Don't worry, everyone! We've managed to tame him so that even if Min Min loses, the world won't end!

SEPHIROTH

Match 78 - don't fall into despair!

It's Min Min versus the "One-Winged Angel," Sephiroth!

Oh no... I-it's him, one of the most feared villains of all time!

Just...look at the length of that murasame sword he's holding! It's almost as long as an ARM can reach!

If that's not all to be afraid of, Sephiroth can unleash dark energy balls! Could he be any more powerful?!

If Min Min just stands still like a steady ramen bowl, he can just blow her up like an exploding oven!

And what about his single yet deadly black-as-midnight wing? Well, if you don't know, be prepared...

When those feathers appear behind his back, his speed, strength, defense and even aerial recovery improve!

I don't know what else to say, folks, except...he certainly makes people like Dr. Coyle look like puny ants!

PYRA

Match 79 - I like the fans' attitudes!

It's Min Min versus "The Aegis," Pyra!

In case you weren't aware of it, Min Min was supposed to be fighting the blade driver, Rex.

Well, there were some serious issues, so we had to cancel that match-up and quickly get a replacement.

Luckily, the Aegis herself stepped in to save the day for the Smash-loving audience!

The name of the form Min Min is facing now, like I said, is Pyra.

Her preferred element is fire. Her speed may not be so warm, but her power rivals Mintendo's boiling broth!

Rex himself can be seen rooting for Pyra and has the privelage to join her for her Final Smash.

Despite the earlier disappointing news, Pyra's really made everyone feeling the heat for today's game!

MYTHRA

Match 80 - I like the fans' attitudes!

It's Min Min versus "The True Aegis," Mythra!

In case you weren't aware of it, Min Min was supposed to be fighting the blade driver, Rex.

Well, there were some serious issues, so we had to cancel that match-up and quickly get a replacement.

Luckily, the Aegis herself stepped in to save the day for the Smash-loving audience!

The name of the form Min Min is facing now, like I said, is Mythra.

Her preferred element is light. Her power may be pretty dim, but her speed outruns lightning!

Rex himself can be seen rooting for Mythra and has the privelage to join her for her Final Smash.

Despite the earlier disappointing news, Mythra's really made everyone feel bright for today's game!

KAZUYA

Match 81 - get ready for the next battle!

It's Min Min versus "The Iron Fist of Darkness," Kazuya Mishima!

His dad, Heihachi, hosted many King of Iron Fist tournaments, most of which Kazuya himself partook in.

I know you don't wanna believe this, but Heihachi Mishima was an awful father, treating Kazuya like trash.

Sometime ago, Kazuya activated the Devil gene, which caused him to have such demonic powers. Oooh!

His devil form can shoot lightning at a similar distance to a typical ARM, only faster!

Now, it seems he's out stopping at nothing to get his revenge on Heihachi for what he did to him.

With Min Min standing in his way, she shouldn't expect any mercy from him!

Uh oh... she'd better be "tekken" this fight very, very seriously!

SORA

Match 82 - let the light shine in our hearts!

It's Min Min versus "The One Chosen by the Keyblade," Sora!

Oh...my...goodness! Is that really him? The keyblade master himself?!

The video game icon everyone's been requesting the mo-- what am I saying? OF COURSE IT'S HIM!

Myself, I've always wanted to see THE boy with the weaponized key in Smash action!

And then there's his magic spells that go in a special cycle!

Unlike Min Min's ramram, megawatt and dragon though, Sora changes spells after one use.

They say when he lands the finishing blow, the area around him shines like the undying light!

I believe Sora, as probably a once-in-a-lifetime fighter, is the Ramen Bomber's ULTIMATE opponent!

for the record, it's probably not that people aren't into the thread but more that no one has anything to add because you covered literally every single fighter in the game. This is just a showcase now and there's nothing wrong with that.
I believe Biff's Commentary would've been better than Palutena's Guidance, not only for better humor, but also it would have MUCH easier to do new dialogue for DLC fighters.
