Best moments of Apex 2013

[Han Solo]

Inspired by the Melee topic, what were the best moments of Apex 2013 in your opinion?


The Japanese players coming over and being ridiculously good.
The Brazilian players coming over and also being good.
A 15 year old kid named Stranded being absolutely awesome.


On a more personal level, breaking Jaime's shield with shine and beating him in a friendly was probably the greatest thing I've ever done with my life.

I had a lot of fun playing friendlies with Wizzrobe. He did some interesting Yoshi DL combos on my Falcon that I am totally going to steal.

I played jaime yesterday when I went to his house in mexicali, mexico. I mean I don't play 64 as I play melee but I've never felt helpless in 64 until I played jaime. The guy is way too good at this game.

Edit: han did jaime tell you he was trying his hardest? Because he sandbags a lot of his friendlies

Dude omg idc it was soooooooooo good! i rarely eat **** food so for apex I did. Fat Sandwhiches were alright but man dem burgers hit da spot.

Meeting all of you all, To the foreign players, yet again, hope you enjoyed the US.
To Banze specifically, fun brawl match
One of my first matches of the day was Ruoka, bad idea but a lot of fun
Being a dirk with taunts vs. BCow and others
Playing Japanese 64 matches
Fat sandwiches
Winning vs. people in barlw even though I haven't played comp in basically 6 months
Playing teams
Running or helping to run pools and bracket. I honestly almost had more fun doing that than playing in singles

Worst moment: Playing 4 F***ing sheiks in a row in pools in melee. Losing commentary. Having too many games to play at once when I honestly while I kind of wanted to play 64.
