Ganondorfs for sure.
Here is somewhere a list of all those meteorsmashes and their power, ganon is pretty much on the top with Dair and aerial DownB.

I find Ganondorfs is also easiest to hit because it has a huge hitbox and comes out pretty fast.

Snaaake, I prefer Snakes spike.. hard to pull off but effective when you get the hang of it oddly you could still send your opponents up if you messed but still hit, instead of a spike.. sometimes it kills at a certain percentage o.O
