I don't remember well but Wolf's Reflector and Charizard UpB can Block.

I'm not sure.

Wolf's reflector has like spot dodge invincibility, Charizard's up b has super armor, and all super armor attacks can make Marth's FS do 60% damage but no knockback at all.

Marth's FS is by far the best. It is epic and it kills most of the time. The only downside to it is if you kill yourself instead of your opponent.
