Thats right, an old fashoined wi-fi battle that allows any pokemon from bulbasaur ot arceus. Only rule, no stat, ability, or type hacks. You know who you are. We dont even care If you hacked them to be shiny, as long as no hacks to affect gameplay, your good to go. So you go out there, get someones freind code, and annoy them with thealth rock or something

If it was Level 34 then you could still EV train it, not as effectively, but still!

UltiMario is right. All you had to do was erase some of the EV's it already obtained.

EV Training is not hard at all. Just need to keep count of everything.

but with zubat theres a higher encounter rate (way too high if you ask me XD)
more zubats=more speed
starly however is interupted by countless bidoofs and the occasional shinx

Best way to EV train Speed stats:

1. Get the Speed power item from the Battle Tower.
2. Have Pokerus
3. Fight Fisherman Andrew on Route 205, on the bridge west of Eterna City. He is the one facing east.
4. Use Carbos vitamins. 10x10 = 100 speed EVs!

the formula for EVs with power items and pokerus is ( y + 4 ) * 2 where 'y' is the amount of EVs you get from the pokemon, 4 is the number you get from holding the power item, and 2 is the amount pokerus multiplies by.

Since Fisherman Andrew has six Magikarp and Magikarp give 1 Speed EV each, we can do some simple math to find out how many you get per battle with fisherman Andrew.

( 1 + 4 ) * 2
(5) * 2
10 Per Magikarp!
10 x 6 Magikarp each battle = 60 speed EVs per fight with Fisherman Andrew!

That's true, the fisherman has all Magikarp which theoretically makes it easiest to EV train speed.
