Alrighty this is the second installment of the MASSIVE LIVE battle between all of the countries! Note this is shortened down to BOC2 ( Battle of the Countries 2)
TOURNEY FORMAT
- Single elimination, one match loss and you are out.
- The # of people in this tourney depends on the # of sign-ups!
- Anywhere from 25-50 *people will be from the UNITED STATES
- 25-50 people will be from CANADA
- the other slots left will be for OTHER
- Note that this will be a "LIVE" Tournament
RULES

This step is important.
First come first serve.
* Anyone caught lying will result in an immediate DQ from the tournament, and possible later ones.
* We reserve the right to disallow anyone, for any reason that we see fit.
* Please pay special attention to the rules..failure to comply or follow these rules will result in an immediate disqualification.
MATCH RULES
* Best 2/3 set (Finals are Best 3/5)
* 3 stock, 8 mins, NO Items
* If the timer runs out, the player with the more stocks wins and if its still tied the player with the least damage wins
* If a player successfully ends the match with either Bowser or Ganondorf's over B attack by suicide, then the player who initiated the move wins
* If a player ends the match by swallowing with Kirby or DDD and falling off the stage and the game counts it as a tie, the player who initiated the swallow move wins. If the player who was swallowed is shown as winning the match (in the instance the broke out right before they died which some people might not notice), then they win.
* MK Infinite glitch is banned
* No stalling (No chain-grabbing/infinites past 300%)
* Neutral stages only

-Lylat Cruise
* Your opponents will forfeit if afk for 10 mins after the start of the round
* Games with major lag can be reduced to 2 stocks, best of 1 sets if opponent agrees
TIME/DATE
- This is a LIVE Tournament! Everything will take place AND end on the SAME day!
- Everything will begin on Friday, July 2nd @ 2 pm PACIFIC, 5 pm EASTERN.
