Me and my friends were talking.And i gotta ask how can they flesh out Bdee character in later kirby games.Right now he's stuck between working for dedede and being kirby's friend.I personally hope they go down the line of being kirby's friend.In the end i hope they go with being Kirby's sidekick

honestly, I would like him being kirby's friend, but dededes sidekick more, dedede has no right hands, and honestly id rather kirby get a new character to be his friend, or just get gooey, and the animal buddies back, bandana dee would still ally kirby but when it's for the benefit of everyone,

Favorites:

02 is my favorite boss by a wide margin (look at my name), it's pretty slow paced, and somewhat disturbing while being symbolic at the same time. Not to mention it has my personal favorite song in the series to accompany the battle.

Magolor/ Magolor Soul is another one of my favorites, the boss's design is phenomenal, and the whole build-up before it combined with the battle made this scene very memorable. And unlike Marx, this betrayal actually holds some weight, since Magolor is designed to be likable and you end up growing attached to him, so the battle ends up feeling significantly more sorrowful.

Kirby can't get a Hack and Slash, but when Metroid gets a shooter people freak out? Kirby could get an H&S if HAL wanted to do so. I'd play it, and it has characters that can work. I mean, we're getting a boat in Hyrule Warriors Legends! So Kirby characters can't be in an H&C why? Because in YOUR opinion it wouldn't work? IMO King K Rool wouldn't work in Smash, yet everyone wants him, and it is likely. So it's impossible for Kirby to change it's game style because of YOUR OPINIONS!?

well... it doesn't fit the style of kirby at all, it doesn't make sense, imo it would seem like a cash in... and if they can make a hack n slash they could probably make kirby 3D instead, or another dreamland game.

Honestly, it seems like Bandanna Dee is replacing Meta Knight as secondary protagonist. He'll probably be playable again, cause why not? Assuming it's not single player, that is.

I didn't make the sprites (I wish I was that talented XD), the Zero Two sprite was made by Hanshumon and Magolor Soul was made by chaoxys, both on deviantart, the rest are all from the games.

I definitely agree that if Marx showed up more in the game, and had more of a backstory it would be a lot easier to care about him.

It's worse for me cause I've been playing Crystal Shards since I was young, and somehow it's gone over my head every time. And I caught the C.R.O.W.N.E.D and F.L.O.W.E.R things on my first playthroughs of the respective games.
Fun fact: In Nightmare in Dreamland, if you take the first letter of each world (V, I, B, G, Y, O, R), and reverse them, you get the exact order of the colors of the rainbow. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.

I wonder how many other popular characters are affected by this... luckily Bandana Dee is not one of them. Isaac is probably one, as new Golden Sun game doesn't look likely, Krystal is another, as she won't probably appear in Star Fox Zero, K. Rool is debatable due to Mii Costume and his popularity is getting attention in the media. Paper Mario, Inkling, Captain Toad and Dixie Kong are all still relevant, and relevancy rule most likely won't apply to veterans, although Wolf is still the only likely one, and he is relevant due to Star Fox Zero.

I could just say that Bandana Dee has a spear,and that's it. But, to me there's more to it.
Bandana Dee would represent the modern Kirby games. Some characters in Smash 4, got a redesign ( ,,,,, ,etc) mostly because they had a new game after Brawl came out or just because. Out of the Dreamland trio, was the only one to get a major redesign, which were his gauntlets. Did you know that Meta Knight had gauntlets in the concept art of Kirby Super Star? And what about the many Green Greens remixes? Or getting a new final smash, that was based on a mini game from Kirby's Adventure,instead of Masked Dedede. Heck,Kirby's final smash, and Meta Knight's alts based on Dark Meta Knight,and Galacta Knight are the ONLY Kirby elements that were created after Sakurai left Hal Laboratory in 2003. It's pretty oblivious that Sakurai is biased towards his games. Why is that? Who knows. Like God Robert's Cousin said," Bandana Dee could play much different in compare to his comrades". He could be the anti-air/ closed combat character, forcing you not to get hit by his spear(es). Bandana Dee is becoming the fourth main character in a series,not known for having many main characters.

I was lucky enough to locate a genuine copy of... ugh... I just have to wait for them to arrive, now.

Do bear in mind that Sakurai also recently noted, I think a couple of weeks ago, that all DLC from here on out will be fan-service. Given this, I'd imagine that the conditions that affected the base roster probably don't apply as strongly, now. I'm sure some of them will still apply to some degree, however, as the DLC will be expected to be able to sell to an audience that's wider than the smaller dedicated one that's inclined to vote in things like the Fighter Ballot.

For me, the "Why?" is his standing as the fourth main playable character and Dedede's bodyguard, and the fact that him being part of a non-airborne species would make him an interesting ground-based fighter, with the spear having potential for giving him specialism in anti-air combat.

The game starts with you playing as MK trying to escape the entity that is chasing him. However, MK has to stop and fight at some point and he does. And then he loses. The entity opens the chest and the screen turns black.

Cut to D3's castle. Normal day for him clobbering Kirby. All of a sudden, his guards surround him led by none other than a possessed Bandana Dee. Dedede has to fight his guard until eventually he has to beat the curse out of Dee. He succeeds and they team up to find out what is happening.

Cut to Kirby. Enjoying his day. Eating cake. All of a sudden, possessed Animal Friends appear and attack Kirby. Kirby has to fight them like a boss rush. When he thinks he is finally done, (unpossessed) Dee and D3 show up. Because of the poor communication skills in the Kirby universe they attack each other thinking the opposite crew were up to no good. The fight ends in a draw, with both parties tired out. Realizing the other group isn't hostile, they team up.

I haven't figured out the story any further but tidbits include a possessed MK and travelling to other solar systems.

Sounds really good... also the fact that this would bring back the animal friends (and gooey most likely) makes me want this even more. even better if they also make this game have all the copy abilities in the series so far and introduces more. Also on the topic of Meta Knight, I just noticed a pun with the Halberd. Think about it. A halberd is a weapon similar to a spear. Meta Knight's face mask is on the front. Therefore, he could be interpreted as the tip of the spear. Now what can you call the front line of an offensive? Yep, the tip of the spear. What does MK do in Revenge of MK? Mount on offensive on Dream Land (not a Great Cave Offensive, but one nonetheless).
Stealth puns everywhere.

It was pretty obvious, Meta Knight didn't save the day and stop Dark Meta Knight for a reason.
And the events of Smash are not ignored, Fox has a reflector in his Star Fox Zero design, in Smash Viridi explains the things that happened after Uprising like Dark Pit working for her, the FE characters that are in Smash and now in FE: Fates thanks to amiibo break the fourth wall and talk about super smash bros, etc.

That doesn't mean that it's canon. If somebody in a Zelda game says "Well, excuse me, Princess!" will that mean that the cartoon is canon?

I don't think I heard of the comic you are looking for, but I tried.
Edit: @ MarioMeteor The Kirby Wiki says:

"His attacks are basically the same attacks that Meta Knight used in Kirby Super Star, except significantly more powerful and more difficult to avoid."

Granted it is a wiki and it does say DMK prefers to ambush but when I played Mirror, I found DMK much harder than Adventure MK, and I played Adventure back in March/April. I died maybe 3-4 time on MK but died about 6+ times on DMK across both battles

SO guys I've been busy the past few days working on a picture of the Bandana D twitter...I messed up on the first one so I had to make a new one..So...here I am I'll be a bit more active so make convo.

That seems interesting. Imagine a Kirby game where the beginning was similar to the end of Squeak Squad (Meta Knight taking a chest filled with unknown evil but it's not Kirby chasing him.) The game starts with you playing as MK trying to escape the entity that is chasing him. However, MK has to stop and fight at some point and he does. And then he loses. The entity opens the chest and the screen turns black.

Cut to D3's castle. Normal day for him clobbering Kirby. All of a sudden, his guards surround him led by none other than a possessed Bandana Dee. Dedede has to fight his guard until eventually he has to beat the curse out of Dee. He succeeds and they team up to find out what is happening.

Cut to Kirby. Enjoying his day. Eating cake. All of a sudden, possessed Animal Friends appear and attack Kirby. Kirby has to fight them like a boss rush. When he thinks he is finally done, (unpossessed) Dee and D3 show up. Because of the poor communication skills in the Kirby universe they attack each other thinking the opposite crew were up to no good. The fight ends in a draw, with both parties tired out. Realizing the other group isn't hostile, they team up.

I haven't figured out the story any further but tidbits include a possessed MK and travelling to other solar systems.

This totally needs to happen! But, what if, and follow me on this- B.D. is the one who is possessed for the majority of the game and due to this, he commands the Waddle Dees to attack Dream Land leading DDD to ask Kirby for help on saving B.D.. At first, Kirby is eating cake, but being his friend and all, Kirby happily agrees to help rescue the cute little fellow. Once the battle against B.D. starts, it seems to be start off as the BIGGEST joke boss battle in the history of joke boss battles, but another burst of dark energy causes B.D. to SERIOUSLY amp up the cute bad*** in him and with the help of his trusty spear, proceeds to utterly attempt to WRECK Kirby and DDD. Eventually, they save B.D. and find the source of darkness possessing him, and (unsurprisingly) it turns out to be ANOTHER Dark Matter relative. After finishing the adventure, they hug and congratulate him, and you know..the typical cute, happy Kirby ending you'd see in the real games.

I love the Ghost Ability that you can eventually gain access to in Kirby Squeak Squad. I mean, come on! It lets you control enemies! I find it to be quite fun. I also love the Metal Ability from the same game, which makes you slow and heavy, but also invincible to normal enemies and hazards.

I like ghost and ufo, but you cant pass platforms which honestly ruins it, metal, I used to like, but against bosses? plz no it's completely worthless against bosses, imo they should've kept stone, a broken fan favorite, now in arenas for ss I use tornado

I didn't make the sprites (I wish I was that talented XD), the Zero Two sprite was made by Hanshumon and Magolor Soul was made by chaoxys, both on deviantart, the rest are all from the games.

I definitely agree that if Marx showed up more in the game, and had more of a backstory it would be a lot easier to care about him.

I wonder how many other popular characters are affected by this... luckily Bandana Dee is not one of them. Isaac is probably one, as new Golden Sun game doesn't look likely, Krystal is another, as she won't probably appear in Star Fox Zero, K. Rool is debatable due to Mii Costume and his popularity is getting attention in the media. Paper Mario, Inkling, Captain Toad and Dixie Kong are all still relevant, and relevancy rule most likely won't apply to veterans, although Wolf is still the only likely one, and he is relevant due to Star Fox Zero.

costume argument is as bad as 2 roys, Im not a big supporter of k. rool in your signature it seems you are, seeing some of his fans pessimistic makes me sad... but you're probably not being pessimistic, as you say he's debatable, but anyway I really want to know why people think a mii costume deconfirms a character, I legitimately dont know...

sounds more like a story more than a kirby game, might as well try to make it a fanfiction or something but a good story, I'd read it.

that's my idea of a game, it's much more simple, @ Shadow Keebey , that was what I meant, a kirby game is mainly with simple exposition, it would still probably be a good game though.
