That IS a good point. when I voted I put it down as "Bandana Waddle Dee" and listed the game as "Various Kirby Series Games"
on that note. I must apologise my fellow brigade members. but I have also voted for another character. instead of wholly supporting Bandana Dee.

I do think that Nintendo and/or Sakurai will know who we are referring to since Bandana Dee was once used by Hal.
Although Waddle Dee is technically his official name, I suggest that we go for "Bandana Waddle Dee." That way we are more specific with our request. I called him Bandana Waddle Dee when I voted for him. Twice.

I'm a bit late on this, but I don't think you should make your dislike public. Like, I DID ask, true, but the glare was a bit much. Some of us might actually support Paper Mario, and even then, your main argument made no sense because

a) Wario has his own series. Yes, he was supposed to be Mario's evil twin, but that's a stereotype. Every series has that. Link, Dark Link, etc. Plus, it's also offensive to his fans.

b) Doctor Mario is a clone. He doesn't really count.

c) Luigi is real different from Mario. The only reason he has to be similar is because he's Mario's twin brother. You can't use that against Paper Mario.

Having like 7 sword wielders didn't stop Shulk from getting in, did it?

P.S: Is the Monado even a sword?

As a Bronado, I will explain that the Monado is a bladed wepaon but it isn't exactly a sword. Even when looking past the plot thing that the Monado shifts itself into the weapon style of the weilder, it switches in usage from the shrarpened metal underside that's most similar to the real world falchion instead of shortswords rapiers or a greatsword. When transformed to expand out the blade of pure life force Ether, it's an ultra long sword that's as good for piecing than trying to cut.

The fact he wields a spear is his most unique attribute. Definitely put that down in your ballot! Sakurai has always expressed that uniqueness is important, so mentioning the spear helps!
