Luigi seeks to use rapid aerials and fast ground options to create a never-ending block of attacks with strong vertical KO power.

Luigi has trouble against characters who nullify his offensive game by sheerly out-prioritizing him.

+Rather unremarkable!

- Decrease nair knockback growth.

+ Slightly increase fireball duration.
+ Increase Down-B damage.
+ Slightly decrease initial lag on U-Smash.
+ Increase dash attack hitstun.
+ Increase f-tilt hitstun.
+ Increase d-tilt trip chance.
+ Increase u-throw knockback growth.

Luigi hasn't changed much, but has improved KO ability and improved ground approach. With this more robust foundation yet the same glaring weaknesses, Luigi becomes a polarized character who would be quite interesting in the meta-game.
