Okay sooo, lets just put it all out there.
This involves:

Gay (Boy x Boy) relationships
and Regular friendships

Okay so I met my now boyfriend a few days before i met my friend.....we'll call him.....Beyonce. Well beyonce has always had a huge thing for me. And at first i was into him, but then he started getting slightly obsessive so ive been slowly talking to him less and less. Hes twenty, and Im seventeen. He sometimes says things like "I would leave Minnasota to see you right now" and im like.... D:
Anyways, my boyfriend doesnt give a f!ck that hes all up in my bizz and trying to get with me. He doesnt know the full extent but he seems to not totally care. Ayways, Beyonce is just being mean to me now, hes taking everything hes angry about and being mean to me. He says hes having a bad day, but anger on top of obsessive equals scary. Should i stop being friend with him? How should i do it?

I dont really care if hes outta my life. Hes nice, but too creepy for my taste. I like my Boyfriend, not him at all.

But clingy people are persistent and it doesn't help that he seems to act out of anger

More seriously, I don't think you should have anything to do with this guy. 20 and 17 would be illegal in my state, though it might be different where you live. I don't know if this is someone you've already met in person or if it's an online friend, but if you really want to try to salvage the friendship, just tell him that you already have a boyfriend and don't want to be involved with him that way. If he can't respect that, I wouldn't be associating with him anymore because people who can't respect boundaries tend to be bad news.

If it's someone you met online and haven't met in person, I wouldn't be meeting him in person.

If you do not like him you don't have to talk to him.
If you want to continue to be his friend, however talk to him. Many problems can be solved just by talking about it. Tell him what the deal is, how you feel about everything, and what you think should be done. Try and come to a compromise. He may not even know he's bugging you because you don't tell him.
If he still chooses to be mean and you dislike it then stop being his friend.
