Smash Apprentice
Ness has learned to bend the forces of nature!
N-air: Palms of fire
Ness's arms become covered with flames!
F-air: Palms of air
Blows your opponents away. Useful for edge guarding
D-air: Fire Kick
Makes an explosion from Ness's feet pushing your opponent downward
B-air: Ice kick
The same as a regular kick but its ice. lol
Dash Attack: Water Pop (Referring to the sound it makes when you get hit)
Same hitboxes as regular ness's dash attack but different sound and graphics
D-tilt: Earth bending
Ness doing the art of Earth Bending! Long start up time.
Ness presses his Palm on the ground causing any oppenents surrounding him to be impaled.
U-tilt: Air Bending
Ness doing the art of Air Bending. Long start up time.
Makes a Whirlwind around Ness. Opponents above him will be blown away vertically. Opponents next to him will be blown in opposite directions. The force of this is extremely strong!
Does no damage but throws ememies really high into the air!
F-tilt: Water Bending
Ness doing the art of water bending! Very long start up time. But the damage it deals is worth it.
Does massive damage!
has about as much force as a falcon punch!
Up-Smash: Eruption
Ness Focuses his fire bending into the ground, then making an explosion of fire from the ground.
D-Smash: Double-Kick
Ness spins around on the ground and kicks behind, and then in front of him.
S-Smash: Earth Kick
Ness puts all his earth bending into one powerful kick.
Down-B:
Charge 1: Air Burst
Even though weak, it meteor smashes opponents who are trying to recover or who are edge grabbing!
Charge 2: Air Saw
Makes a saw of air that slashes through your opponents multipule times doing great damage!
Charge 3: Air Blast
A giant blast of air that doesnt do that much damage, but has a giant knockback!
Side-B: Air Wall
Ness Generates a small whirlwind of air from his hand. This blocks opponents from walking and (for some characters) running past him and.........
.......reflects projectiles! PLUS.......if you use it as you jump into the air.........
It gives the similar effects to lucas's zap jump glitch!
Aerial Down-B: Eagle Strike
Ness charges straight down at incredible speed hitting opponents who are oblivious to this damaging a very decent percentage. This move will not KO anyone unless you hit them with the sweet-spot.......
Hitting your opponent while using it on top of them is the sweet-spot and is deadly.

NEW MOVES FOR V0.4
Neutral-B: Electric Bending
Ness begins the art of bending electricity. Similar to Princess Azula's Look when she is electric bending. This requires 3 charges to release the Lightning. These charges can be resumed later.
A chain of lightning is released!
If done in the air, it has a slight descent.
Up-B: Water Propulsion
Ness creates rings of water that propel him up. This attack is similar to my old up-B, fireball.
In other updates...
Down-B has been sped up for each charge and release.
Some move's sound effects have gotten louder
Lots of move balancing (push of F-air, strength of B-air and more)
Ness now runs faster and jumps a bit higher
Errors
For some reason through all my work in making Avatar ness, I could never get rid of ness's yo-yo hitboxes. You will notice this alote. It you charge up D-smash and someone is behind you, they will get hit as though the yo-yo is still there, or when you release and use the move, they would sometimes get hit by the yo-yo's hitboxes.
His jump is impossible to change. I think its just because ness's jump is unique.
A BIG thanks to Eldiran's wisp and Shadic's Geno which helped me in a few moves.
