Ness has learned to bend the forces of nature!


N-air: Palms of fire

Ness's arms become covered with flames!

F-air: Palms of air

Blows your opponents away. Useful for edge guarding

D-air: Fire Kick

Makes an explosion from Ness's feet pushing your opponent downward

B-air: Ice kick

The same as a regular kick but its ice. lol

Dash Attack: Water Pop (Referring to the sound it makes when you get hit)

Same hitboxes as regular ness's dash attack but different sound and graphics :)

D-tilt: Earth bending

Ness doing the art of Earth Bending! Long start up time.


Ness presses his Palm on the ground causing any oppenents surrounding him to be impaled.

U-tilt: Air Bending

Ness doing the art of Air Bending. Long start up time.


Makes a Whirlwind around Ness. Opponents above him will be blown away vertically. Opponents next to him will be blown in opposite directions. The force of this is extremely strong!


Does no damage but throws ememies really high into the air!

F-tilt: Water Bending

Ness doing the art of water bending! Very long start up time. But the damage it deals is worth it.


Does massive damage!


has about as much force as a falcon punch!

Up-Smash: Eruption

Ness Focuses his fire bending into the ground, then making an explosion of fire from the ground.

D-Smash: Double-Kick

Ness spins around on the ground and kicks behind, and then in front of him.

S-Smash: Earth Kick

Ness puts all his earth bending into one powerful kick.


Down-B:
Charge 1: Air Burst

Even though weak, it meteor smashes opponents who are trying to recover or who are edge grabbing!
Charge 2: Air Saw

Makes a saw of air that slashes through your opponents multipule times doing great damage!
Charge 3: Air Blast

A giant blast of air that doesnt do that much damage, but has a giant knockback!

Side-B: Air Wall

Ness Generates a small whirlwind of air from his hand. This blocks opponents from walking and (for some characters) running past him and.........

.......reflects projectiles! PLUS.......if you use it as you jump into the air.........

It gives the similar effects to lucas's zap jump glitch!

Aerial Down-B: Eagle Strike

Ness charges straight down at incredible speed hitting opponents who are oblivious to this damaging a very decent percentage. This move will not KO anyone unless you hit them with the sweet-spot.......

Hitting your opponent while using it on top of them is the sweet-spot and is deadly.

NEW MOVES FOR V0.4

Neutral-B: Electric Bending

Ness begins the art of bending electricity. Similar to Princess Azula's Look when she is electric bending. This requires 3 charges to release the Lightning. These charges can be resumed later.


A chain of lightning is released!


If done in the air, it has a slight descent.

Up-B: Water Propulsion

Ness creates rings of water that propel him up. This attack is similar to my old up-B, fireball.


In other updates...
Down-B has been sped up for each charge and release.
Some move's sound effects have gotten louder
Lots of move balancing (push of F-air, strength of B-air and more)
Ness now runs faster and jumps a bit higher

Errors
For some reason through all my work in making Avatar ness, I could never get rid of ness's yo-yo hitboxes. You will notice this alote. It you charge up D-smash and someone is behind you, they will get hit as though the yo-yo is still there, or when you release and use the move, they would sometimes get hit by the yo-yo's hitboxes.

His jump is impossible to change. I think its just because ness's jump is unique.

I didn't try him yet.
But F-Air's hitbox seems a bit too big. Utilt's too.
And Neutral B too, it looks HUGEE.

So far, I believe this is the best the Headband is going to get until model hacking comes out.



Which means this is pretty much done. :) Time to work on the bald\Season 1-2 Aang

I'd say I'm about 96% done the normal Aang now. Can't wait to release both of them in a pack. :)

Amazing!

Have you considered changing his Final Smash to the Avatar State? I know Smash Balls aren't used very often, but it would fit his character so well.

Ya ochobobo I was thinking about that but.....its too complex. I wanted it to be like wario man where all his moves are increased in power but its just too complex. Im thinking of something like energy bending (from the last episode when he uses energy bending) or something. He would do something like ikes final smash where you have to hit the opponent with that one swing and then he barrages them with attacks. But ness would hit the opponent then grab them, then make their percentage go to like 150% but with no knockback after. Basically it drains them.

I'm not a big fan of the avatar series, so I just like to think of him as an avatar in regular lore, not exactly Ang or however you spell his name. (Avatar is number three on my top annoying fanboys/girls list, number 1 being twilight and number two being Naruto)

But anyway, he's a really fun character, and contrary to what one would assume, he's not that broken. However, I found a major flaw. The yo yo hitbox on the up smash is way too dominant, and you actually manage to hit the person with the actual smash once in a blue moon.

Also, if you use the ariel down-b while being rocketed up, or with extreme upward momentum, then you won't reach the ground by the time it's finished and he glitches SERIOUSLY. Well, not seriously, but he glitches alright. He's frozen in the default "T" model stance and slowly, slowly drifts down until he is hit or until he hits the ground.

Ya i know about that flaw, ill try and fix it. Im sorry about the hitboxes but its impossible for me to remove them. Ive tried lots of times trying to remove them. They just wont go away!

They can be removed with hex editing...so long as you know the hitbox data for them. Ask around.

Wow! You realeased him here too :). That's great to see. I love the look of the new textures ;)

Also, the new Avatar Ness is much more balanced but is still a tad broken. There are some tweaks but I'll post them later.

3. yes or (if possible) allow Aang to bend all 4 elements at once like he did against Ozai...this might not be possible as I have no idea how his attacks would work...I can imaging him being swirled in a sphere or air while earth/water/fire effects surround him, but I don't know how his attacks would change...bah Edit: if attacked from above by an enemy while in his "perfect shield" the enemy while be hurt by wind, attack from below hurt by earth, attacked from the left hurt by water, attacked from the right hurt by fire
4. should be octopus tentacles attack
5. lightning bending charging should be shortened, attack should have more knockback or while charging Aang should be able to absorb electric attacks such as pikachu thunderjolt and samus charge shot and not heal him, but rather increase the percentage of the attack and knockback (if this is possible)

Hey guys! Sorry I disappeared! I was beating a new game I got (mini ninjas). The new update will probably be my final update. V1.0. It won't that much change accept mabye a final smash, bettter neutral-b charge, and stuff like that. So...ya!
