Yuna, mic_128 is one of the top 10 highest posters on SWF, he's everywhere.. how can you not know him?

Anyway.. yeah. I'm looking to book my tickets to Oz soon, just to let you guys know, I'll be staying for a few weeks with my family before the tourney.. how welcome would I be to stay? Like.. what sort of time period would you guys (quetz and his big sister.. I think) be willing to put me up for? I don't want to sound pushing or anything, I just like to play smash and meet people >_>

Well, i picked up about 8 day shifts over the next few months, which means a hell of a lot of money coming my way, which means i have the means to go to this tourney, and enough left over to go to america :chuckle:

god dammit im rich.

anyway, we need to make a decision on this soon. cos its an international thingo the earlier we book tickets the cheaper it will be. and i need a passport.

Snow is painful .... really really painful.

like getting hit in the face with a very cold rock.

wtf, you're all going to Europe for a tourney?!...screw SSBM, go for the travelling!...this of course is comming from somebody who has already sortof done a round the world thingy and gotten addicted to it...I suppose I would come if I wasn't at uni...and had enough money to have a decent enough trip around afterwards...

So yeah, some serious decision making needed people.

I'm definitely going. The only variation to my plans, might be an invitation I've received from Svampen to stay with him a day or two and go sight seeing and such. But until anything like that is confirmed, I'm sticking with the same dates you guys are going with.

How bout everyone else? Someone mentioned it to Shaz? You interested Jon? Cao, Cats, how bout you? We don't want the largest contingent of smashers to come from what is most likely the smallest smash state in the country =P

EDIT: Oh yeah, Cao's out of the country. Woops.

Interesting. So you could go down to Gothenburg and stay there with Svampen for a while and tour around the place... Emily could come stay with me for a few days and tour around Stockholm. And we'd both get some extra practice in XD And then we'd meet up at the venue on the 2nd? :D

I need to talk to Svampen about the staying with him, but hopefully I can go to his house on say, the 31st or 30th, do some sight seeing and smash, then turn up to Yuna's on the 2nd, do some more sight seeing, then smash. It'll be cool ^_^

When is the European tournament? If I ever went overseas for smash, it'd be there. Japan and America are too noob for me. =] If its too much money, I wouldn't go though. Because sometimes money is just better spent elsewhere in day-to-day life.

Keep up with the info Jon lol.

Yuna's tournament runs from the 4th to the 8th of January next year. He has offered for international guests to turn up on the 2nd, so we can go sight seeing, and see his uber all-you-can-eat restaurant.

Btw, Jon, are there any good pics of me that you have either hosted on webspace or on your/your bro's comp? Yuna wants to put me in his trailer, and I suppose the other Aussies too, so if there are some good pics from December or @M or something, give us a shout? =)

Mic is a spammaster MC, Ryan is a cool cool truck and would easily outrank Thomas the Tank if he were portrayed as Ryan the Truck, Jon is about as good with Falcon as Sam playing one handed

, Emily is still too good for me to beat using random, Josh is likely to forget to vs me in Dec, Mat is rich and plays characters that are different and cool compared to the standard Falco Peach abuse, KO is a yanky, Sebastian is a toe *****, Cella is a tip *****, MarkA$$ is just lame, and the rest of you are standard noobs too, so don't think you escape unscathed

Any way Bringer, if all else fails, and you still wanna hang out with svampen before the tournament, I can offer you my house. I live 20 minutes away from Svampen, so it should be fine. I'm also planning on having a little smashfest/tournament at my place just before going to Yuna's tournament, so you're very welcome

If anyone's interested, I'm going lanning with Chris ie Idle (played Samus) tomorrow. He's meeting me at my place at 10 in the morning (roughly) then we're heading out to Cannington. If anyone else is interested, tell me, cos the more people means the more fun in DotA!

I'm thinking of asking a few people down to my house again, it wouldn't really be a smashfest, but a small meet. Which would mean no more than seven people. I'd have to ok it with my mum, she's people shy.

Last time I had a spectator to take care of, but not this time, so there shouldn't be any reason not to smash all day.

I'm thinking that it should happen in three weeks, on a Friday or Saturday. CAO would be a must come, of course.

Anyone interested??

Jajaja, I'm there. 3 weeks from now seems good - I'd crave Smash again. If noone drives me I'll train it down and lug someone (i.e Sam) with me. Love trains - good for a snooze. Everyone should also go to Divine Crono's planned big meet in the future, heh and I will try very hard to reel in every single active Smasher in the city and if I've fail I quit.

(Not quit Smash, quit trying to bother with the community, lol)

***EDIT*** In response to the post below, I have money for petrol. Also, Bowser wins that matchup. That's if you just plan on fighting me without thinking of exploiting Roy's cheapness - yes that's right he can be cheap!

On another note, I've been doing some serious work when it comes to Fox, I'm no shaz yet, but I like the thought of the hard work paying off.

All the training and drilling is really helping my tech' skill, for all the chars I use.

Got a bit confused there, Its shaz right please ignore the newbish comment shown above, besides the part about homerun. IVe only played shaz twice and to as I see it he held back. Comparing kao to shaz Is not really possible seing I havent really played them enough. And at the time I was a bit newbish, im now heading to a little newb, then hopefully I can enter the not so much newb stage.
