Good meet on Friday. Thanks again, Freddo.

I think it'll be my last one for awhile, though. It seems that recently, I've only participated in meets to get owned by space animals and ol' skool swordsman that swing their weaponry around in an ogre-like fashion.

I'l still play smash just to pass the time at home, it's just that I'm abit over feeling like a **** cun+.

I don't understand Forblaze, seriously. I don't think you realise that we were all in your shoes at some point. I took every opportunity I could to get owned by better players because I knew it would help in the long term. You people come into the scene expecting to own right from the get go?? Here I am, encouraging and helping, and some of you get so pissed off because you can't handle losing....when I do give you a tip, you say, 'I'd rather just learn it for myself.'
I look at guys like Mikul and ZTV who come and play, keep their mouths shut, go home, practise, and come back on a totally new and improved level. That's how it's meant to be done.
You complain because you feel like a '**** cun+'..my response is: that's the only way you're gonna get better, so you may as well quit now if you don't like it.

A bit harsh but true, plus the more you get owned the better because when you start doing the owning its funnier to watch as the owners start getting owned by the ownees. :chuckle:

Other than that, was a good meet. Lots of smash happening. Thanks for coming guys and making it a good meet. Love the improvements - particularly forblaze and ZTV.

I never even got to play ZTV, mighty shame I'd like to fight peach again.

Its only really possible if there is no worth while meets happening in melbourne over the weekends, as I work through the week.

For some reason I have a earge to go up to sydney for a weekend, not sure why but could be a possible reason to catch up with some of the sydney crew if they are still living?

It would happen on a weekend when no meet was arranged in melbourne, if that ever happens. Although I work throughout the week so it would only happen on a weekend.

In the mood to organise something.

Hey freddo, at the next meet that I come to , not this week, I have a party to go to could you bring my games and game case with you?

And for Shaz, I'm gonna be busy with your FE6 for a fortnight, as I want to stat up abuse a LA team that will make Roy look like ****in a box when it's done. It's gonna cost $840,000 plus right now but the amount of money will go down as my chars level up.

ZTV. You are relentless. You know full well that no one has organised a meet and probably won't organise one, yet you persist in mentioning the word 'meet' one billion times until someone does make one. I think, if you aren't gonna organise one, you shouldn't put pressure on everyone else. Also, no one is gonna make a meet just because you're leaving for Tasmania soon. In the meantime, it looks like you're just gonna have to stick with me. :(

maybe you just need to try a new character? it'll be **** at first but enjoyable when you can play more than one

but if you want a break from smash go for it, yeh everyone struggles blah blah, that doesn't help and its common knowledge. losing all the time in stupid ways makes you go off the game. losing isn't fun.

ZTV dude I need your fist and last name if I want to finish the booking and I need it before sunday. At the moment its gonna cost us $300+ each, thats for return ecconmy class (we get seats not beds).

Jeez guys, take it easy xD. I mainly want to have fun at meets, and as most of you saw, I wasn't having much fun =P. Freddo, I did take the opportunity to get owned by better people; I versed you and Anf all the time. Understand that when I said "nah I'll just learn myself" I was incredibly pissed off at the time, and then for the next match I said "yeah alright, teach me". I just need a little break is all. =]

Sorry to miss out on the other days festivities Freddo, I forgot about it until Nick rang me, asking for the address. I would've come straight from work if I had remembered, and much joyous Up-B would have ensued. Guaranteed. Next time I will come if I can make it.

If my dad ends up booking tickets, I lack credit card etc. I should be down in melbourne on the 6th - 11th of Melbourne.
Gloth being the sexy guy he is, he is letting me stay with him again.

lol thats really funny - Australia doesn't really give me much experience in gaming unless I happen to have SSBM online. I would like to go to Game1 event (and I can) but only prob I have is that it doesn't have SSBM tournies. Most of the hosted games are SexBOX games like Halo 2, Project Gotham etc...

... Jaz! When can you come around to EGG at UTS?

Do what we did at the Connection tour: Bring posters to stick up, and if you can't stick them up, stick them on the back of your shirts. Ryan was a walking bilboard all day ;)
