In the event of the timeout, the player with lower percent wins. If both players are tied at 0%, they are both disqualified. If this occurs during grand finals, the pot should be used to throw a party for the person in last place.

The problem is : with the double bracket system there's always 16 or 32 people that place last. How do you decide who gets the party ?

It can be a party for all of them, they get to vote on what kind of food is ordered. The party will have to be at a good time for all the people in last place.
