1) Their fanbase, dedication, and attendance is in the lower half of every sports' league.
2) Old people go there to die (see Vicious Delicious for confirmation).
3) It's not Orlando.
4) They just got LeBron, Wade, and Bosh, as well as Mike Miller.
5) All 4 seasons are not present year-round.
6) It's not Tampa Bay.
7) If more arctic glaciers melted, it would be one of the first major cities to be submerged in water.
8) You live there.
