Grab release > a small jog > Dash attack > reverse grab > repeat.

You should hit with the last bit of DA.

I'm not sure if this will always work though, the MK could get out most likely (before and after the last bit of the DA hit). But, we still have around 85% chance of hitting then reverse grabbing. We probably don't even have to reverse grab, we could do something else, gerudo or BAir.

The 35% combo only works when the MK's at low percentages. At higher percentages we would just hit with the last bit of DA.

Maybe a bit too early to ask..
But does it work to like 40% or all the way up to let's say 70% ?

It works to like 40% for me, before MK can airdodge.

You got me messing with this stuff for a while.
One cool thing I did on low %'s was:

Grab MK a little closer to the ledge than half of FD -> grab release so that he will land
right outside the ledge -> Wizkick cancel (hit) -> instantly: Uair, Fair, DJ Dair, or Ganoncide.

Dtilt has less priority and is much less of a trainwreck as Dash Attack. Not to mention you HAVE to sweetspot it if you want it to kill. MK can DI to the left after a Flame Choke and make it not get sweetspotted.

Also, doesn't Dash Attack kill MK @ 85%? And Dtilt @ 90%? Might be a marginal difference, but it's a difference nonetheless.

Don't forget that Dash Attack loses it's killing power quickly... It loses nearly 20% of it's killing power with just one diminish.
