I was just curious if having the stagebuilder back would allow for the team to mod it since that's how they did it with Brawl. It could be the case for Smash 4, it might not be. It was a simple question, sir.

Probably not. Part of the reason that PM is hackless is through an exploit through the stage builder. Considering that Smash 4 is the newest (and through patches), they'll probably try to eradicate any type of exploits.
Why would the PMDT want to, anyways? They're way too busy making Project M the best it could be.

Master Orders will be a mode where players will have to beat enemies like the enemies in Smash Run. But there will be newer enemies and enemies from Subspace as well. Crazy Orders will be the same but have computer controlled AI as well. It's like a multi-man melee but with enemies and one life.
The Ticket Selection audio clip comes from the Board Game Mode. You will earn tickets for each battle you win. The tickets can be used to battle harder difficulties to increase your prizes. Tickets also can be used in the Shop to buy trophies, custom moves, music, mii accessories, and a hammer to destroy a challenge block.
Smash World was a previous name for Online mode.
Events will be back in the Wii U. Some events have bosses
Boss Battles will be back and Bosses will also be in Master and Crazy Orders.
More battle modes include : Time Battle, Stock Battle, Coin Battle, and Stamina Battle.
The "Grab the Coins" audio rip comes from a deleted sub-mode of Smash Run. Where the player who gets the most coins in a race wins.
