No

but that is why you should improve =D
For starters, try moving around a little more. I mean, you're Fox, and Foxes do that. If you watch matches with pro Fox players, you'll see they're never standing still.
The reason for this is that if you're standing still and waiting for your opponent to close in, they'll just come and hit you with a long ranged attack or a grab (which is especially bad if you're fighting someone like Marth). So move around, dash back and forth, and keep your distance until you see an opening. In the meantime, you can build op damage by escaping and spamming lasers or something.

Oh and watch these:

There's a lot more to Fox than what I just said, but you'll find out by lurking the Fox boards and attending tournaments and such ;P

Listen to what Jonas said. Chances are, you'll probably watch a video or two of fox and get really intimidated by all of the stuff you need to learn and how fast they move, but don't let it stop you from playing him. Fox is very good and you need patience to play him well. Master your tech skill, and play a lot of people. Even if you're losing, you're improving. In fact, play someone better than you if you can, it's the best way to get better in my opinion. That's my best advice

If you don't have anyone to play, I suggest you practice just getting you tech skill down. I wouldn't do training because you can't use c-stick, so I suggest you do free for all and just plug an extra controller in so you don't have to deal with cpus, and just practice l-canceling, wavedashing, short hopping, and most of the stuff shown in Jonas's post. Also, i wouldn't worry about trying to learn stuff like waveshining or advanced fox stuff until you get the basics down because you probably won't be able to apply it effectively in a real match. Also, as far as practicing against cpu's, stay away from level 9's. They do stuff humans don't and will make you develop bad habbits. And i would stick to just one cpu, lvl 1. Hope this helps

go to the regional zones sub forum http://www.smashboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=89 go in the location your from. then try find people to play and tournaments to attend. attending tournaments is a great way to get better and enjoy the game even if you don't win.

fight vs 1 level 3 computer. (level 3's have the best di)
fight against top tier characters so you get used to there weight. but be warned the combos you do on them are not always going to work on people so..
practice the things Brick Top said.
watch videos and read about fox and about melee in general.
when you practice your not trying to win so don't just sit in an corner and spam forward smash =)

did i say read this?

not enough movement, your to stationary. too much rolling, too many smashes, not nearly enough arials, dont see really any advanced techniques, you might want to look those up. But ya your a fox your fast, be all over the place dont sit there and smash lol
