Definitely not the all seeing eye. Because the all-seeing eye is one eye of a set (I think it's the right). The eye on dream land looks as if it were a cyclops eye; it's not angled to compensate for the other. (If you can understand what I'm talking about )

many of the characters are ingraved into the tree, people just don't notice

Why would they put Falco's face in 64? Or Bowser's?
