Even though I'm not exactly going to critique, I have to say that those were pretty exciting matches, despite being "patient" and all.

Okay, I'm gonna watch the Fox match. Falco is a weird match up.

I dunno why you're not fthrow regrabbing. He's not really spotdodging to avoid it, and it's free damage at really low percentages.

At 1:05 you shoulda gone for the uthrow chain grab, because the utilt isn't really going to do anything at such low damages.

It's probably not that great of an idea to charge the Shield Breaker as an edgeguard when Fox isn't that far out and you're on Battlefield. It locks you in place and severely limits your options. If you just move around and keep mobile, it'll turn out much better for you, as he'll pretty much be forced to go for the ledge or else eat an fsmash.

You're missing a lot of the fsmashes on the platform. Honestly, it's generally not the greatest thing to go for especially when they're in a neutral stance, unless you're trying to get the kill, as they're pretty easy see coming and to avoid. Try utilts or uairs or waiting for them to roll or spotdodge before going for the fsmash.

For the Counter edgeguard, you're going to have to go right up to the ledge so he doesn't go straight up past you. Also, don't get nervous on the edgeguards. Use the dtilt if you're not sure so you don't get so much lag, and that way you can try again before they hit the ground.

After the Counter, you need to go down for the fair gimp, otherwise they're not going to die for a while. It's an easy kill and you don't want to keep having to try the Counter, because they might get around it and then you'll lose the kill.

Yeah... watch out for that shinespike.

You have a really hard time getting through Falco's lasers. You should work on that.

Ok so I watched all of your matches. First I'll tell you what I thought about your fight with Falco. You need to learn to wavedash out of your shield. You did a whole lot of rolling in that match up and I'm amazed you didn't get punished for it. So the best approach against Falco, especially when Marth, is to wavedash to shield and repeat until you're close enough for Falco to stop firing, or at least in tipper range. Also try not to Up B so high. I think you should have went a little lower (even though you can't see your character thanks to the level) before using your up B. That's what stuck out in my mind for that fight.

As for your Fox fights, I think you did pretty well. But you did miss a lot of easy kills. Like on the first battlefield match towards the end of the match Fox was around 70% and on his last stock. You were both by the edge and you grabbed him. But for some reason, instead of back throwing him off the level, you used forward throw. I think that was what caused you the match. No one likes to be sent off battlefield, especially when a decent Marth is waiting for you to come back.

Good stuff overall dude. Looks like you have a lot of support. ^^

Don't up air when they are on the platforms that early when you could up tilt instead it's way better. In fact, I like fair better than up air since it combos about as well and pushes them off stage for edge guards. Don't charge B unless they are very far out and can't get over you. Counter ONCE and then chase off stage with the non tip fair for the easy gimp. He could have gotten around those counters if he'd aimed higher. Basically never counter unless they have to go through you (which on battlefield is only when they are directly below you and you have one foot off the edge).

Ur on stage game is really really good I'd just work on spacing dash attack as it leads to at least grab if not nightmare combos on fox/falco. It lags horribly tho so there's a risk/reward factor (use sparingly). In general I would up tilt more/find more openings for up tilts because they destroy spacies racking up damage comboing into just about everything. Also when using platforms mix it up by falling through the platforms instead of running of the side to a fastfall fair. If you see falco approaching with lasers wavedash backwards out of shield right after the last laser he shoots at you and you should be perfectly spaced for a grab if he follows the laser with dair/nair. If falco is lasering in place or retreating wavedash towards him until you find an opening with fair out of shield, dash attack, grab, or counter.

Fox got you at the end with the shine from the ledge you might have just been surprised or nervous to be knocked off but in any case be very careful how you use your over B when recovering they are very valuable but they do lag and leave you open. It's better to drop down and use them to stall your recovery forcing him to get off the ledge so you can sweet spot.
