Yeah. I'm thinking that part of it may be because both vibe and skill are usually fueled by some of the same things, like drive. But also there's a direct relation from how much experience each region has with external competition (which could also be attributed to things like drive).

Though I'm not necessarily saying the bay area has more drive, since obviously there are other factors too, like ability/willingness to travel and concentration of players. The bay sure has a ton of players, lol.

I actually got a bit of hype in some of my matches. I really enjoyed the Tracy environment. Was very friendly and it really gave me drive to play well. It's nice to compete in a much more friendly environment. Takes the stress off quite a bit, I found. I'd love to go to another Tracy tourney as soon as another one's organized. =)

And about the videos. I'll try to get them up by Tuesday. Shouldn't take longer than that.

Totally! It doesn't necessarily have to be my place, either. Any place with space and decent wi-fi/internet that I can connect to to stream on is good.

We could also do big weekend smashfests at my place which we could livestream. We do have plenty of space, after all.

The Friday before my tournament should be okay, too.

If I did have one on the 30th, it'd be open for all day and go until like, 2 or 3 in the morning, since I'd have to be at the venue at 12 to start setup.
