I don't care if this is overplayed or whatever other excuse people can come up with. I can legit listen to this all dai.

A friend of mine and I back in grade 7, made mix cds of a bunch of 90's music and freakin' rocked out so hard. I'd ride the motor scooter, and he'd sit behind me with the stereo blaring the music as we rode through the neighborhood. Best time of my life.

@Victra: I can't believe I forgot about Ace of Base when I posted. They are too good. The Sign and Don't Turn Around are awesomeness. Also, Haddaway makes everything amazing. What Is Love? was like the theme song for my friends in high school. It just doesn't get any better.

@Sheer Madness: When I saw that "Possibly the most popular song... etc. etc." stuff, I was like, I don't recognize that song or band name at all, but when I played it, I was like O_O "OH MY GOD THAT SONG I REMEMBER THAT SONG".

I was born in the early 80's, and I used to love all this stuff. Usually I'd only hear it on the radio or the roller rink (wow do these exist any more?) because I was still mostly too young to bother buying cassettes and stuff.

Culture Beat - Mr Vain: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KX-de_SH3KQ&feature=related

La Bouche - Be My Lover: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0u0mZYLs45o

Real McCoy -Run Away: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0omsJooBO2Y&feature=related

At the tail end of the 90's I was a fan of songs like these, though I think these are a slightly diff genre:

Gigi D' Agostino - Another Way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwwnfmxTKSQ&feature=related
L'amour Toujours: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yey3JWKMlcE&feature=related

BTW CRASHIC Goldie is drum and bass, way different from eurodance-type music.
