It is time to get the ball rolling again.
Our format for votes will remain the same as the last two - please provide yours in a text format for collecting convenience.
For reference here is our V3 Voting thread.
First draft due date: Wednesday, 1st of November (Midnight PST)
Final date: TBD
Stipulations:
We really like to get outsider votes, if you think you can help us do this, please do!
Most/any? OrionRank or PGR player's vote is A-Ok.
Other players outside of North America may also be great, if you have ideas please discuss (either in the discussion thread or on discord). Regional diversity is COOL.

First draft due date: Wednesday, 1st of November (Midnight PST)
Final date: TBD
Stipulations:
- Pit and Dark Pit are considered one in the same for voting.
- Miis are completely optional:
- Guest size is always assumed
- Please state 1111 or XXXX for Miis, 1111 will otherwise be assumed.
- Guest size is always assumed
- Votes may be ordered or unordered; if not stated which, ordered will be assumed.
- An unordered tier counts a character's placement as the median of their group.
- Furthermore, you can have a combination of the two, but only on the top side of a list (e.g. first two tiers can be ordered, the rest unordered).
- One can use as many tiers as they wish, but more than 20 will probably gain ire.
- Using a single empty tier gap for indicating separations in groups (like say High to Mid) is okay (Dabuz was the only one to do so in the previous edition).
- Please be willing to justify your list. A list with too many large outliers may be prodded at, and at worse, discounted.
