For the millionth time, I must state I can only play CPUs, typically Level 1's for combo practice, so that's why. I'm still not that bad at hitting, though. I'll have to check my whole hit rate thing later...

That's the point, if you have something like 80% accuracy, you probably aren't utilizing your 'mindgames' properly. Blaster spam to keep people at bay? Good tactic, usually lowers hit %. Bair after being hit to imrpove recovery? Same thing. Basically a lower hit % isn't a bad thing.
