Tingle, that fairy chasing, map making, green suit wearing dude in his thirties that all are jealous of! Well, actually, being Tingle can be a difficult thing.
I've read that Tingle is actually a title, a title for all who are enslaved to Uncle Rupee.

And the gods and giants. Also because I am sticking to my theory of hyrule being terminas past (because I dont see any flaws in that what so ever), Maybe just like what some religions in our world say, The world has 4, 6,8(depending on there belives) segments until its apocalypse. Tingles clock may resemble the segments of hyrule/terminas life segments until the apocalypse. Considering throughout the games it is always pointing to the same spot. Depending on witch world they are in.(if that makes any sence:laugh:).

I am now begining to think that the reason for the clock towers clock having the deigns it has is very likely to resemble the apocalypse calender/ the segmants of life on earth for the human race. such as this:

I belive this is the apocalypse calender, I saw a show on the history channel what these ppl belived and aparently there are 4 segmants of life. Now is it not possible the zelda team based terminas clock to have a very deep meaning such as this? It is wierd because lots of the ppl of termina want to leave and escape. Almost like THEY are the ones that know the TRUE meaning of the clock!
It even looks like clock town! I just realized that! Green segmant, yellow segmant, Blue segmant,red segmant ! And a middle part! WOW!!

Angry Moblyn, that's just a compass. Norte, sur, oriente, and occidente translate to north, south, east, and west in Spanish. The Apocalypse Calendar is Mayan:

[collapse=Apocalypse Calendar Image]
[/collapse]

Though the four cardinal arrows are still oriented with north, south, east, and west on that calendar, but it's too vague to make sense of.

Could you find it please? It's one thing to just say it here, and another to find info and link us to it.

Up and down the produce aisle!
I'm fairly sure that the design of Clock Town is to look like one big clock. Four parts of town: a north, west, east, south part. A big tower in the middle with a rotating stone with a golden light shooting out into the horizon acts as the hands. However, I have noticed the "mayan" look of many things in Clock town... Or some more spanish/mexican inspired things going on.

But the point of my theory is to proove that not only what you said is correct but , the clock might have a muchy deeper meaning than that, in wich only some of the die hard residents of termina know the meaning of. Wich I belive is a metaphor/ or kameo of the islamic apocalyptic wheel ( type thing :laugh:)
