talking to a japanese snake main (not that **** make a difference) he said he'd ask brood how to whistle out of nado :3 he gave me a good guess though. he said snakes DI into the nado and mash B to grenade out - I assume it might be the same for whistle. he says both come out on frame 2

Logic did an absolutely amazing job. We want to see what you can do Rich. :p

Hilt and L Cancel also did well considering that only the best if the best made it out of second round pools.

-.- 7th :s i lost to judge in close matches :( i had the kill both times but the wrong color :( i wanted top 3 so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so yea, not happy :s also got 7th in teams

ps. ninja link went ic's against me in winners and i barely lost, in losers he went ic's and i 2-0'd him, he was mad w had to play again though

vex used DDD and then bowser, he said he didn't have a counter for me and didn't know who to use

Pyronic is the best Olimar, I've been saying it forever. Not that Rich Brown isn't amazing, ps is just so god **** good. As for me, I did kinda trashy but it happens. Looks like it's time for me to step it up, haha. But yeah, I enjoyed my vacation, never been to the east coast :D Got to play against people I've never been able to, and meet people I've only talked to online. L you better be at the next VG Bootcamp in February. But yeah I'm tired as hell @_@ trip took a lot out of me.

Also, Brawl- is sooooo ****in fun.

Well, made it out of first roud of pools. Just one or two wins short of getting out of 2nd pools. I got 4th in my 2nd pool. x__x Good stuff to Logic. Getting 7th. Best performance ever by an Olimar at a tourney of this nature? Also, it was really cool meeting Hilt and Logic. xD

Learned a lot. I hope to prove that knowledge in tournies to come. n_n

he is about 4 times smaller which gives a deceptively longer looking range to his grabs and smashes (dunno if they actually are or not)
the boost from his upB can get him on stage if he's below FD
yellow hitstun is redonkylous

edit: i forgot! you cant flub pikmin pluck. you always pluck a new one but you still can't have more than 6

this brawl hacking is getting a little out of hand.

Brawl+ actually has purpose (though it needs to stay consistent for the game to develop.

Balanced Brawl is a bit more useless, however it is kinda cool to me how everyone is balanced

Brawl- is just another version of Balanced brawl, wtf, people are wasting their time.

Sorry Tin Man, you're wrong. Brawl+ was designed to make brawl more like melee by adding hitstun and making combos more common. Balanced Brawl is an attempt to take out the broken aspects of brawl. However not much hitstun was changed and the way attacks work is usually the same.

Brawl- is the opposite of both lol. It's trying to make every character as broken as possible and it's hilarious and soooo fun. Things were entirely changed, such as DK gettinga projectile, Jigglypuff's sing box becoming enourmous, and shiek being able to turn invisible. Saying Brawl- is anything like Balanced Brawl is stupid XD

In all honesty, I haven't played it yet. It seems that they'd try to balanced the characters at least a bit though.

you'll have to play it to understand.
After you play a Zelda/Shiek/Luigi you'll understand what I'm talking about. The point of the game isn't to balance them but break them one at a time, rather than break or balance them all at once. They made them all a hell of a lot better than they normally are, but some are sooooo much more better than others XD
