Not really. Even if it were, I don't just Heartz someone for having one. I have to get a feminine vibe from the person. If I knew you were a guy before you put on a girlish theme, then you are safe. When I assume someone a girl, then later find out they are a guy, that is when they are Heartz'd.

Which is exactly why Livvers was close to breaking the code.
