My take on Min Min would just be a regular old brawler a la Captain Falcon/Little Mac with swappable arms andn a few stretchy arm moves here and there. I'd probably also make other Arms characters alts, who's to say Spring Man can't kick or Ribbon Girl couldn't borrow Min Min's interchangable arms?

I feel like the reason the other arms characters aren't costumes is because it would be a massive disservice to the other characters personalities, not really a moveset thing.
