Lol Lumineon is actually one of my favorites from gen 4. It has a great design, but its unremarkableness is probably what makes it so forgettable. Giving it more love, whether it be a new form, importance in the games, or buffing it in general, will probably help it be appreciated more.

The only thing I remember about Lumineon is that moment in the Pokémon anime where a dude creepily read the Pokedex description for Dawn.

So yeah, a really mediocre Pokémon.

Pokemon has a large number of monsters with no personality and are borderline unusable low tiers.
