I think Heiachi, Yu Narumaki, Travis, Altair, and Sans will be added eventually since they're so popular. The other ones I'm not so sure one. Abraham Lincoln...well, I wouldn't get my hopes up, but it'd be pretty sweet to have him as a spirit.

I really don't think we're gonna get any spirits for Rocket Grunt, Yiga Clan, Makoto, Yu, Teddie and Martial Artist. Those series are already represented in smash quite well, to the point where making a spirit event for them would be useless.
Also Lincoln, too. obviously he's not getting in smash any time soon
